Fixed Worldguard

Description of Bug (Include the expected results and the actual results if applicable): WorldGuard got serious amnesia and now is super paranoid about any kind of block-interaction at all.
Evidence (Logs, Screenshots, etc.):

Steps to Reproduce: Interact with a thing, and boom.

Recommend testing other maps just to make sure their WorldGuard settings are still good.

This, is as far as I can tell from testing on several maps, of all different game modes, an issue with every single map on the server.

It does however, not seem to be an issue in the lobby.

I can confirm this is the result of tnm changing some backend things and being a noob, so its fixed anyway
