Not a double post, not a triple post, but seven post in a row! I think that's a new record. Also, nice job on the gif, what program did you use to animate it? The one I used to use dropped the quality down to like 8 color...
You can do that straight in PS? Huh, I wonder if you can do it in GIMP now....
There's also a site I used to make gifs, but you can do it straight in Photoshop CS2.
I didn't use it for my animation, though.
I think the site had something to do with myspace, but it made gifs nonetheless.

So, this time around, I tried something new! I tried adding more detail than I usually do, especially with the hair.
I have to note, though, I probably won't be doing this art style too often. xP
But, I still quite enjoy it. Makes me think of a couple things;
1. Suki Shizuki has only been using a couple of outfits, only one so far from the tablet. I should create more for her.
2. I feel I should draw her from 4 ~ 8 angles, to get a jist of how she would look. Not only would it be awesome, or help me practice drawing her, it would help me get a better perspective of how she could be drawn.
I would also like to say, Suki Shizuki would have to be my first actual character. Sure, there's Duffie and Kira, but this is the most I've ever worked on a character before, and enjoyed drawing them...

Well, vati180, I'm not much of a teacher (or a tutor, for that matter), but I can give you some pointers as to how, and where, you can possibly learn some things.

As well as some bases. I typically use these to draw from a standpoint. Though, I need to learn how to draw bodies myself. I'll probably do so, some time in the future.
5. Friendly Tip;
If you want to draw, just keep drawing. It's always great to do what you want (cause a pirate is free), so be sure to keep doing what you want!
I don't typically draw all the time, but recently, Suki Shizuki has been fun for me to draw, for some reason... Which, I would suggest, making your own character-- But don't think about that as you start out!
6. Try free-hand drawing other pictures!
If you do that, you'll start to learn some of the basics of drawing lines, as well as some designs. My first drawing was of Knives Chau, from the Scott Pilgrim video game on Xbox Live Arcade;

I really do like drawing, but i always end up sucking at it. Whether it be on the computer or just on paper.
