Depends, generally flat AD/AP or scaling, depending on playstyle, but you usually don't take flat MR blues with an AP page.

And this was with a Kennen that had 5 kills and 23 deaths. They had a fed Karthus and Morgana.
This build gives you as much AD as a carry, while still being incredibly tanky. Plowed right through the enemy team.

Wasn't my team. Besides, because of my incredibly unstable ping, I had to do a bot game.

You should get an Ionic Spark too, it really works on volibear.

If you need AS on Voli I'd say Wits End is way better than Ionic Spark (it's just a pretty bad item).
AS is good on Voli, but getting both makes you too squishy and I think Wits End is just better.

In most situations, I wouldn't have the maw, but I had to because of the fed AP on the enemy team. Wit's End was the item I would have had instead.
