Certain parts of the Internet really. If you get really deep into the dark corners of the internet then revealing your age could make you a target I serpose. Though Blocktopia's as trustworthy as it gets.

Not to generalize, but younger people tend to make easier targets for scammers/predators.
E.G. convincing a kid to swipe his mom's credit card.
