Darth was also a Civilian. The only proof we have that Kraby is evil is from the fact Darth was killed, but he didn't put too much pressure on him to start with.

Also, the only reason Darth voted Kraby was because it was a reaction test. That is, there was no reason. It was to make Kraby have a panicked reaction as mafia would, which he didn't. Even more, he changed his decision to you.

I have to admit, considering the Vigilante didn't attack, I'm still confused. One would assume he attacked Dessern, but Dessern is not being very trust-worthy. So, the Vigilante could still have quite possibly attacked at random, hitting a Golem...
