Then vote for that person.

We need to vote for the people we are suspicious of. IIRC, there are two mafia, one skeleton, two villagers, and one vigilante. Best case scenario is the skeleton and mafia wipe each other out. But that's very unlikely. And what is very(VERY) likely is that the town will be wiped out during the night, if we do not vote for the right person.

This is such a close game. We need to take matters into our own hands at this point, instead of no lynching and hoping for the best.

Now you may be thinking to yourself "Sploorky, who do YOU think are the baddies?" Maybe you're not thinking that. Well too bad, you get my two cents anyways.

I think the mafia are kraby1 and theodorre.

Kraby1 I explained. But notice, I say:
He offers no solid reasoning that he is a civilian, but says that we just have to trust him.
And kraby replies that he was grounded and offers no reasoning that he is a civilian in his post.

Now for theodorre. If you're convinced with my logic, why wouldn't you follow me on the vote? You say you won't vote for him right now. This could easily be the last day of the game we have. There is no later at this point. Then you vote for 77, and suddenly change it to no lynch. Perhaps you saw the better option for the mafia to lynch?

Writing this, I realize I'm more suspicious of you then kraby at this point. Might as well follow my own advice, eh?

I remove my vote on kraby1 and vote for theodorre.

Yeah, the sudden change in voting was because I actually forgot that it was possible to vote for a no-lynch, I figured we couldn't do that so far into the game. So when I saw 77 do it, that's when I realised we still could.

The reason I don't want to vote for that person? Because if he is innocent, all the people who voted for him will be lynched. The town would lose.

I don't think randomly lynching anyone is a good idea.

I think I'm gonna vote for THEODORRE because we got no real good options be he stands out to me because of his no action attitude. Kraby also stands out to me but i wanna use the momentum of the time limit to get my point across. I admit this is a gamble but my gut tells me to double down on crazy so that is what I'm gonna do!

It's not a 'no action' attitude. I'm just being careful. But since I agree with the fact we don't have a lot of options, that's why I'm going to vote for 77.

I'm not going to bother defending myself either. It's become clear to me who the mafia are, so I will include that in my final statement.

Also;

be he stands out to me because of his no action attitude.
Generally the mafia want to kill off as many innocents as possible, manipulating the town to do so. They don't usually vote for a no-lynch.

Here's the thing.

Right now, we have room for a single error. Assuming that we no lynch, and the mafia attacks, then we have one less option to choose from for lynching. If we vote now, we have to risk it on the skeleton's and vigilante's judgements, which aren't as reliable as a town discussion. For the sake of having one more day to lynch, I vote no lynch.

Yes, you say it's delaying the game, but that's one of the things we need. Time. We can't waste it. I see where Theo is coming from, too.

Go ahead and call me mafia for agreeing with Theo, but I'm almost certain that he isn't mafia, based on how he's been playing so far. Right now, I wanna ask for the other people's reasoning as to why Theo is a good choice as opposed to giving us more time to discuss today and tomorrow (assuming that neither the vigilante nor the skeleton attacks).

Sort of building off what Ham has said, we need more time to discuss things. The mafia are manipulative, so we need to be careful about that too. And since 33.3% of the town are mafia, they control quite a lot. I don't really understand why people did suddenly accuse me; I don't see what I said that proved that. A 'no action' attitude isn't usually mafia policy, looking back on the game, it certainly wasn't Defiant's policy, he was against no action. It would be easier for the mafia if we lynched someone that was innocent, it means there's less people they need to kill off later.

Oh, and also, I'm sorry I kept changing my vote. I'm staying with a no lynch, this time though, as I'm certain it's the right thing to do.

This is a differnt situation and everyone plays different, even mafia members. While in the first few days its nice to lynch innocents because it is easier to get away with, in the end game it works better to try for a no lynch because every innocent lynched could be the last one you need. If we don't lynch than I'm convinced we already lost. The arguement for no lynch seems to be we don't wanna hit a civilian but really is it gonna be any eaiser tommorow? We gotta gamble or just sumbit to doom. The thing about the mafia is they have more than one trick and if I were mafia right now I would be trying every trick in the book to stall because lynching someone is so incriminating but if you can just slip a knife into their back at night its a clean kill. We don't have anymore time and the more people try to stall, the more suspcious I get of you people

Once again, the argument is based on if the skeleton and vigilante do not attack tonight.

It would be easier for us to choose who the mafia is because they may eliminate a potential suspect but we would still have enough people to not lose to the mafia. If we lynch an innocent today, we wouldn't have as good of a chance because the skeleton and vigilante would have to attack to prevent the mafia from winning (that is, if the skeleton has been attacked). So essentially, we are buying ourselves another day to discuss who may be mafia with one less person to suspect.

The real question here is if we want to risk it now or if we want more time to discuss and have less of a risk later.

And if the vigilante and skeleton hit the town? The chances are too high to no lynch, and we DO have leads to go off of. Let's see the odds if we no lynch. Blue is good, red is bad.
Vigilante and skeleton attacks, takes out two mafia.
Vigilante or skeleton attacks, takes out one mafia.
Vigilante or skeleton attacks, takes out one innocent, mafia gets skeleton.
Vigilante or skeleton attacks, takes out one innocent, mafia gets innocent.
Vigilante and skeleton attacks, takes out two innocent.

Those odds are not in our favor for a no lynch.

If the skeleton attacks, he's just as close to losing as we are. Why would he attack with the risk of killing an innocent if the mafia will most likely do the same? It would cause him to lose along with us. Same logic with the vigilante.

And remember that:
1) If the skeleton has one hit left and dies, then we will still have a better likelihood of weeding out the mafia members since there'll still be enough people t make an educated decision
2) If he has both hits left, then we have an extra day with no risk, and if we manage to find more information during the night or during the next day, then we have more of a chance of finding the mafia.

Also, I don't think the mafia killing is really going to forward suspicions THAT much. In fact, the mafia could use this as an opportunity to kill somebody that was accused to put the blame on somebody else.

As I said before, we can't really take our chances and wait it out. Because if the mafia and skeleton are smart, they will easily outplay us.

I'm convinced. You put up a good argument, Sploor.

I will remove my no lynch vote.

The main thing that I see though is the fact that just because they want to no lynch doesn't mean that they're immediately mafia. And that reminds me...

Theo, why did you switch to a no lynch in the first place? You agreed with me when I stated my reasons, but what was your motive before that?

But I just noticed something in your speech. Once again, I bring up this point.

Why would the skeleton want to shoot an innocent tonight if the mafia plan on killing an innocent, thus putting him in a losing state?

I wanna know why you would think that the skeleton would go for someone innocent tonight,, since you implied it through saying:
The skeleton is likely going to shoot me or road, because we're very likely innocent...

I think me and sploor are more in danger from the mafia coming after us, but that dosent mean he can't just accidently hit a civilian or maybe think we are TOO innocent and come after us thinking some crazy thoughts

I actually did not think of that, good point. You are right, the skeleton most likely wouldn't attack me or road unless he thought we were mafia. However, on the chance(hopefully a small chance!) we lynch an innocent, that would give the skeleton and vigilante more of a lead on who to attack during the night. Which is another reason I'm pushing against a no lynch.

I won't be voting this round then. I don't really find many suspicious.

However, if you guys push through and manage to lynch Theo and he isn't mafia, then that'll make me much more suspicious of you, especially since the two of you are the main ones tryin' to convince the others that Theo is worth lynching and there are two mafia remaining.

Theo isn't who I would consider my main suspect but he is up there, I just wanna avoid a no lynch and without you (not really convinced kraby will be on anytime soon) theres nothing we can really do, I just know that a no lynch is doom at least with the theo vote we have a chance!
