MERRY CHRISTMAS BLOCKTOPIA​

Just like last year, I’ve made a Christmas video. However, I decided to do things a bit different. I’ve come to realise that a lot of people seem to enjoy my videos. So I thought it was a good idea to create a video that is slightly longer than my normal videos and included a lot more content (and different content). After about two weeks of recording every now and then, plus the editing and rendering process that followed, I am very happy to announce my largest video yet:

This is my Christmas ‘gift’ to Blocktopia and I hope everyone will enjoy it!

Note: The video is blocked in a number of countries. The countries that blocked the video are listed below:
Bermuda, Canada, Germany, Small Pacific islands of the United States, Saint-Pierre en Miquelon and the United States.
People who live in one of these countries and want to see the video, you can try http://www.clipconverter.cc and enter this link -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvIOO567flI. I’ve tested this and it worked for me, but I’m not sure whether it’ll work for you, since I come from a country that didn’t block the video.
If this method doesn’t work then maybe proxies will work. I'm not an expert when it comes to proxy servers, so I’m not sure on this one either.

That link you posted Stieben it said youtube downloads don't work there anymore and in order to download youtube movies you have to get the desktop version of it .-.

Edit: the desktop version didn't even work as well so I can't see the video

Hmm, that's odd. I'll try to search for another solution as soon as I can!

After 1 minute of searching, I've found something else that MAY fix the issue.

If you enter that link, it should open up the video in full screen and you should be able to watch it. Again, I've tested this and it worked for me, but I'm not sure if it works for 'blocked' countries. Please let me know if it works!

I am really determined to see this video even after seeing your last year one, I could possibly help you find ways to view it did you try dailymotion?

Yes, I tried Dailymotion, but they have limits on their videos as well. My video was too big in size and too long :/

Btw, what if you try the link I posted in the original post through a proxy server? You may be able to download it.

This is quite a big list of proxy servers. Choose a proxy server from a country that is not on the list and enter the video URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvIOO567flI

If that doesn't work, you can try the website I mentioned in my original post through a proxy server: http://www.clipconverter.cc

Hopefully it'll work!

Because all of the Christmas music is copyrighted.. Most of it at least... I don't see why they would block it. I only saw they blocked some of the songs after I uploaded it. That's why I tried to find a solution.
