How would you describe the responsibility of the rank you apply for: It requires being a good player (nice, able to answer questions, etc.) and to understand how to handle staff situations. You have more commands as a Op and need to know how to use them (which I do from previous expierience). It requires being able to drop playing the game to help people when needed and to be a good player when it isn't needed basically.​

Tell us about your experience as a Trusted: I tried to be as helpful as possible while as a Trusted. I would run to people when they needed assistance with grief, and also would often roam around the map and found a few people with a overage of animals. I also reported other suspicious behavior to higher ups (I know for a fact at least one xrayer was banned after a report) which generally I would say isn't anything much as I hope any player would report these things, but I got this information from another user which I feel he gave me the info due to my rank. I also answered questions and generally played the game!​

Tell us about yourself in less than 200 words: I'm 15 and a overall gamer. I love playing MineCraft and COD: BO II a ton. I also am in the 9th grade and so far feel I'm doing great with it! I try to not get stressed out and feel I'm overall a friendly guy :)​

As I said in your application for Trusted, you did a good job as an Operator on the last SMP.
However, you have only been a Trusted on Journey to Elysium for 8? days. In my opinion, that is a bit too early to be applying for Operator. So unfortunately Jinks, I have to put a -1 for now.

I did agree to reference him, and I did so because I believe he is more than ready to step up to the position of Operator. Besides his experience as a former Operator on SMP, he's done a great job as a trusted.

I thought of waiting longer but with 3 references and the fact I think I am doing good as trusted + understand the position I figured why not just apply now?

I find it too early to apply for Operator, as Alkatraz said, seeing as you just got Trusted for a week or so.
Even tho you have previous experience as a SMP Operator, Elysium still works differently, and i'd like if you waited a few weeks before applying for a higher rank. So i'm going to give you a -1 for now.

And on a different note, when applying for Operator you can only get references from staff with a Staff Role (Economist, Major, Quest Master, Skill Regulator) or higher ranks!

I think you have done a very good job as trusted so far, and you do have experience on past smps. However, I believe that a little more experience would be better, and that you are not quite yet ready. For now, I am going to give your application a 0.

Meh, thinking about it, my original plan was to wait until I had at least 2 weeks under my belt as Trusted and think I'll give it another 2-3 weeks and re-apply with more experience. So Marnixxie would you mind closing this as a withdrawl?
