Continuing our efforts from Patch 3.02 to standardize cooldown reduction, we’ve slightly buffed Cooldown Reduction runes to provide less awkward stat amounts. For example, nine Tier-3 Scaling Glyphs of Cooldown Reduction previously provided 8.62% cooldown reduction at level 18, but will now provide an even 10%.
Never again will I have 39 percent cooldown reduction on Lux again.

Hehe.. Thats funny normal matchmaking, paring me with someone who only has 150 wins and another with only 220 who both go bot (as lulu and teemo..) and feed their SEASON 2 PLATINUM RANKED adc with 1500 wins( we lost). Hehe thats funny.. Now stop :I. But meh, I still dominated that game (24/9 as Jayce \o/)
