There should be an ADC who throws paper airplanes.

The crit animation could have it do a really fast flip around the enemy
He could shoot a streamline plane that flies and drops paper bombs in an area (a bit smaller than mf's e, same concept but different)
He could get in a paper airplane and speed up (like dravens speed boost but nothing to refresh it and it would be weaker but longer)
He would get a passive (similar to vaynes, quinns, mf's, and varus's) that stacks armor pen up to a max number
His ult could be like ezreals that he shoots a plane but it could be manually aimed (like a morde ghost with ctrl + click and it would go to that spot, but run out after an amount of time (6 seconds))

I honestly think this would be really cool.

So, we have these tough champs like Darius and Draven, the glorious executioner, Jarvan, Garen, Twisted Fate.
And then. Paperboy! The paper airplane man!
LoL is a game for men and raging/flaming teenagers, not toddlers :p
Fun idea, though. Quinn could have a skin where her bird is a paper airplane or something.

But imagine a new reverse Annie. A massive grizzly bear walking around, then suddenly ult- A LIVE LITTLE BURNING GIRL SCREAMING "FUCK HELP ME IM ON FIRE" pops out of nowhere. Oh, fun :p
