Ok, again asking everyone not to vote no lynch yet(remember guys, this is a completely free day, lets pick each other's brains a bit)

Jkangaroo, to a lesser extent Nottykitten.

Suspicious-Balloon, because an immediate no lynch raises my eyebrows. To a lesser extent storm, because I don't think that argument is valid, though I suppose anti town do not try to raise suspicions, so I am on the fence. Also everyone voting no lynch I would bet as mafia more than the people holding off.

Oh, and for that, I understand that everyone is naturally suspicious of everyone else. Remember, this is who you are most suspicious of, not every single person who you find may be mafia(ie, everyone in the game)

I think I found the mafia! Sure I was just skeptical instead of paranoid at first but than there was a major slip-up.

I don't think we should no-lynch, not until we have to. We should use this time wisely!

Abstains nromally lower the amount of votes needed to complete the voting process,
So if you want this time to be used wisely and you disagree with a no-lynch so far, then normally abstain's aren't recommended.
They aren't particularly useful anyways so I recommend not abstaining.

Actually, those who haven't answered questions seem more likely to be Town.
Mafia would actively try to seem town, and therefore answer the questions, and then try to cast suspicion upon those who haven't answered the questions.

For example, if I am mafia (I totally am) and I want to appear town, I might answer the questions.
BUT if I anticipate the idea that the people who answered questions are mafia trying stay under the radar, perhaps I shouldn't answer the questions, so to supposedly appear blue.
Or even, if I predict that mafia supposedly would vote, the town anticipating that people in mafia one-upped their thinking that mafia would vote to blend in

You can literally drag this on forever.
And it gets even more screwed up once someone short-circuits the logic and completely derails the train of thought.

Innocent: JK. I just don't think he is mafia. Could be Skeleton though.
Suspicious: Road. Because of the accusation he made on JK and Jivvi. It doesn't make much sense to me.

It does seem a bit suspicious, though, because all JK was doing was pointing out the sizable holes in my logic, relative to my motives. Also, you can't hold helping the new guy against someone, can you now?
This holds a relative amount of suspicion over Road's head, because imagine if the mafia got the town to turn on two of their own, before the game eventually begins! That's a pretty sweet deal for the mafia; but not for us.
Cop seems to have their work cut out for them

Oh, ok. Because you did seem suspicious there a bit for me. As I thought this was your first game ever, and it took me 4 seasons to finally know what WIFOM meant. So how could you know? But if you played it somewhere else I guess your story is good =3

Serious face on though I would like to pose a question myself.

What do you think the town should do to maximize usage of Day 0, if no lynch than exactly are you voting no lynch.

Hoping that this will give us some opportunities to hear from our newer mafia members, so we can get a handle on their play styles and personalities. I find it a bit odd personally that everyone seems to be jumping on the no lynch wagon.

I'm voting no lynch, because I just know we are gonna screw up and vote someone towny. Unless someone slips but I haven't seen that happening yet except for you. But your excuse seems decent.
And even though I like that we are answering questions and talking, a No lynch is what I think is best for town.

Remember, just because you think no lynch is a good idea, does not mean you need to vote no lynch now. We're having a fully fledged discussion, why cut it off with a no lynch?

I honestly urge people to retract their no lynch votes until discussion stops. This isn't irc mafia, this isn't epic mafia, this is forum mafia. We do not need to rush anything right now!

Also, following the WIFOM trail, one can completely ignore today or go against the town and No Lynch.

It matters what you think the Mafia is thinking. I think the Mafia would not have antipicated my proposal that those who didn't answer questions are more likely to be Town, and therefore find those Jo have talked but not answered questions (before my proposal was made) less suspicious.

Those who haven't talked at all don't count though.

I don't understand much why JK is being found less suspicious, though. Could someone explain?

Honestly, you Sploorky, you keep askin all these questions...

I will still hold my vote for now, lots of stuff to think about, although it might be too late with all of the people going with no lynchs to make any other decisions if I decide to vote differently.

I'm not going to retract my vote for no lynch because, well I may not be as educated in mafia as most of you, but I don't actually see what this discussion is uncovering to be completely honest. I just see JK's name being thrown around like its no one business and to a lesser extent Notty's. I'm sorry but its very hard for me to come to conclusions based upon assumptions and speculations. (I know that's basically how you are suppose to play mafia, but it seems like we are trying to come to conclusions far too early without hard facts).

Ideally, we should drag this gig out as long as possible, therefore increasing conversation, slipup possibilities and therefore leads.
The situation also somewhat escaped the WIFOM loop, as Pro-Mafia players will either want to force a no-lynch or turn the town on each other by casting suspicion over blues who's tongues slipped. Pro-Town members should, in their right mind, be dragging this day out as long as possible, learning as much as possible before someone dies.
