[Suggestions]Bring back weekly voting and add SMP4 to the archives.

So, I would like to see weekly voting brought back for 2 reasons. One, as a player you could think of the staff at the end of the week and voice your opinion in a promotion. You could also state any problems with a staff member , voice your opinions on the server, etc. from a anonymous standpoint. From a staff standpoint, it offered a great way to review how each co-staff was doing and offer suggestions for improvement. I always loved it and would love to see it brought back as I truly thought it was useful.

Now for the SMP4 archives, I just would like to re-read some of the stuff from way back then is all, purely nostalgic ;p

Even though I still didn't fully understand the community while weekly voting was still going on, I would like to see it brought back as well.

I belive the reason the weekly voting was removed, atleast from JtE, was that it didnt really help much.

I would like to see the SMP added to the archive, if they still exist.

Voting forms were phased out for being by and by 'useless'. In theory, they worked well, but in execution, it would be a flurry of "Stay, Stay, Stay, Stay." Pretty much almost no positive input.

If you have a complaint, recommendation, ANYTHING you wish to stay about a staff member, you are always more than welcome to pm the relevant director of that server with your input. The voting forms do not have to be your way to connect with the heads of the server, you can take charge and pm them!

As for the archive, I'll get back to you on that soon.
