It appears to be tropical animal similar to deer!
I pierced it with spear (that was batched in Skooma earlier).

My hunger bar's completely empty and jiggling, has been like that since I logged in, I'm down to 4 and a half hearts, and yet I still find the guts to continue playing Solitude for about an hour. I deserve a medal.
