I've seen this map in progress, and I asked to add something to the stone part because it looks odd but after figuring out there's a mine under I liked it. It's very similar to a natural minecraft terrain. I hope the mines have timers in them though, because if not people could just seal the mine up with only few blocks and they have a ready house without putting any extra effort into it. I think there is one timer in the cave if I'm correct, but is it good enough?

Suikae & Tails haven't necessarily made a bad map here. If it were an earlier time, I'd be less opposed to its passing. However, this map doesn't stick out to me. I don't look at this map and recognize Suikae or Tails. I just see some snow on a grass-and-stone map. The terraforming is fine, and the map lacks any technical or objective errors. But it doesn't impress me, and I just don't think this map does enough to get into the rotation. I feel as if our best maps are the ones with features. If I talk about Halcyon, more people will recognize it as "that map with the river going down the mountain". I'm not saying make a map like Halcyon. I just want to see a map that reflects your building styles while at the same time making something beyond a natural Minecraft world. I know you guys can do it, I have faith in you!

Thank you for your kind input!
And yes, it doesn't stand out as much as other maps sadly, we'll take your advice next time we think of making a map again! c:
