Also en vein of the 2DS, does the white shell version attract much dirt?
I wish I could answer this, but sadly I only have a normal 3DS which I bought when they cut the price quite low in its opening year to judge.

From my experience with the normal (blue) 3DS, it doesn't really attract dirt/grime/etc.
With the 2DS being White and really with anything that pertains to the colour white, it probably will attract some dirt/grime/etc if not taken care of properly.

However, a lot of the lighter-coloured handhelds never seemed to collect much dirt, honestly. (unless you deliberately bury it in it...) Plus, the 2DS is made out of some pretty normal plastic, so it should probably be really easy to wipe off if it attracts dirt/whatnot.

this makes me feel old. the only DS i have ever owned was decently before the release of DS lite i really have no idea what people are talking about beyond the abomination that was the DS lite.
