but I'm assuming Poppy still has a pretty weak early game comparatively to every other top laner in the game.
Poppy has a lot of crazy, strange abilities that bait new players into dying in a fight, diving her, etc. but really I could play almost any champion and force Poppy to stay under 50 farm because she's a punching bag for 35 minutes of the gameIf you think Poppy's good, 1v1 my brother when he's Poppy. Syndra farms exceedingly well if you have mana and her level 6 power spike is higher than Riven's. The problem with Syndra is her unreliable (but existent) cc. TF snowballs really quickly, moreso than any champion you listed, and Annie generally goes up at a normal rate. Elise's snowball is probably a little bit better than Syndra's because she does more with less items.
