Forum suggestion: Upgrade to 1.2.3

Well, what version of forums we are using? 1.1? If yes, could be upgrade to latest 1.2 version to be possible:
This is one of cool features:

There are changelogs of 1.2.0, 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3.
Is was that delayed on purpose for Christmas?
