It's a certain ratio spawning thing, no one knows, but spending like 5 minutes watching the cave section should get you one, assuming you can grab it before everyone else does.

In Alpines just now, there was a Seasonal Dragon, then someone took it, then a Golden Wyvern, someone takes that, then another Seasonal Dragon, someone takes that, then a Copper Dragon, someone takes that, then I check Coast, there's a Blusang Lindwrum...

Sucks I missed them all, but I already got 1 of each. :3

Ok so apparently me thinking that the Neglected Dragon could be hatched in like the last day of it's life was wrong and it literally means last seconds. (puts an egg with 23 hours left into Blocktopia and 3 click sites, 1-2 minutes later it's hatched)
