I don't know if this is on your list of things to update on the forums, but I was wondering if you guys could update the forum's background image? Maybe Qube could whip up something fancy!

This would definitely give a fresh image to the forums.

We're not working on the mobile theme, we only support Tapatalk.

Xenforo 1.2+ automatically enables themes to be resposnive, meaning: Mobile friendly.

Don't think avatar gifs ever worked, save for the profile!

They did at one point in time, before the bandwidth issue and Gravatar shift in October 2011.
The white color of status updates was here before, too. IIRC, they were originally transparent.
