No, we are not deleting plots so when you are a player you will not loose it. You can just go to it and build there, since the plots are not of a different level, you will just have one more.

The plots are carried over, but you can't claim two plots as a player, as two plots is a Builder privilege. As you already have two plots with a Builder, they will carry over and you will be able to use them fine.
