Impromptu jungling is the best!! Play whoever you like to-- jungling is all about how you can use the champion. If you can play a nasty Jinx jungle-- go for it. Having a pinch extra dps at that level isn't too bad. Go in thinking what items are good on most ranged dps-- get a little armor--dash of hp-- then just keep plugging at your normal method. Hell I've been using Yasuo to jungle when I get the chance and it is really good. Jinx might not be the "best" because her kit isn't suited to jungle. "But" outside the jungle in the late game it is like having a second person to fight in the back line.

If Pando Media Booster is still on your PC, uninstall it. Riot doesn't use the program anymore as of patch 4.3 since PDM has shutdown, and a 3rd party program hi-jacked it and have infested this update with browser-hijacking malware. To be safe, I'd run a virus/malware scan aswell after you uninstall.

Learn all of the roles, get rune pages (look at some examples of good rune pages), realize that soloq some toxic shit and realize that you may have to accept a subpar rating that you may/may not climb out of in the future
lvl 30 YEAAH! Any tips before I start ranked? :D
EDIT: Also in all honestly you should realize that playing jinx jungle will only get you afk's and trolls and a low elo.

My #1 issue in games now isn't map awareness or laning, its just flat out being ganked. Which I guess is due to early agression, but even when I tone it down and stay within flashing distance of my tower I still tend to give first blood to Vi

Ward and get your team to ward so that you have a general idea of where he is so that you know when you can extend further and when you have to back off, and try to pay attention to your team and communicate with your team so that you all know where he is.

In botlane at least, if a player is behind and wants to prevent feeding uncontrollably, stop going in and just farm (Tell the damn support this too). In any other lane i guess do the same thing (but the support in botlane wont care so dont tell them), I don't see why a player couldn't just ward tri/river/river bush/lane bush and just have map awareness in any other lane (a player could do this in botlane)
