Remillia is an interesting spirit. She is much more translucent than other spirits due to her special connection to the Nether World, and has a lot of trouble interacting with things when outside the Nether. Most ghosts can touch things and interact with them, while Remillia has lots of trouble doing so. People could still interact with her and stab her and such, but she can't. She looked around 14 and wore a short yellow dress with white frills. She has red eyes and silver hair with hints of a very light red in it. In her eyes you can see intelligence, cunning and confidence that no normal 14 year old would have, and has a dark sense of humor.
The Guardian of the Nether is responsible for managing and keeping the peace in the Nether World for the planet succession they are the Guardian of. The Guardian is like the Guardian of Magic, where the Guardian usually maintains the same memories over time and remembers everything they know. Each Guardian of the Nether rules over the Nether World in their succession of planets (so when their planet explodes they move on to the child planet that grows out of the dust) and usually remember Guardians from previous planets, though they never really left their domain to see those Guardians. The Guardian of The Nether usually stays only in their domain, the Nether World, to cease any trouble making that the monsters and spirits of their domain make, and to keep the peace.
The Guardian of the Nether usually has a very strong rivalry and hatred for the Guardian of the Aether, but the Aether hasn't been established in this world, which leaves many opportunities for the Guardian of The Nether to take the Aether and ensure there is never a Guardian of the Aether...
The Nether is where spirits with malicious or violent intentions are sent to either stay or have their spirit 'executed', though you can never really kill a spirit. Only the spirits with good intentions go the Aether. With no Aether, ALL spirits go to the Nether World.
(note that my character doesn't have ultimate control over the nether world; she only manages the behavior of the dead spirits and ensures that there is an after life.)
---------------------------------------------------------
Remillia sighed. Did she really want to return here?
The Guardian of The Nether floated high in the sky, trying to decide if she wanted to stay or leave the new born 'planet'. It was more of a ball of mud at the current moment, and no doubt would develop into a great planet if all the Guardians had returned. But... had they? And was this ball of mud and dirt worthy of succeeding the old world?
It was not strange of a Guardian to question their duty. From what her 'guests' had told her from her domain, sometimes a Guardian would leave their original planet. But she had served her line of planets for a long time, and it was very strange for her of all guardians to be wondering if she wanted to stay. But, she was a little bit tired of the same thing all over again. New planet forms, quickly go to the Nether World, world gets into a war, everything dies, planet explodes, repeat. Was there a more exciting planet she could stay in if she abandoned this planet, or would this planet be different?
After a long moment of thinking, she decided that she wouldn't abandon her duty here, in the hopes that something exciting would happen for the first time in a long eternity. At the moment she needed to open the door to the Nether World for this new planet, so that dead spirits would have a place to rest.. Not that anyone would really die at this point in time, as there was almost nothing alive except for the Guardians and some animals.
She closed her eyes and opened up her mind, trying to sense if magic had found this planet yet; after all, you can't summon the Nether World into being without magic. She didn't expect to find much, guessing that the Guardian of Magic hadn't arrived yet, but surprisingly enough she found magic in the air. A lot of magic too. Interesting; the old world didn't have this much magic. The Guardians would be able to cast more complicated spells.
After she opened the nether world's door for the first time on this planet, she quickly attuned herself to it. She looked down at the planet, rather bored, and noticed a commotion. No doubt they were already awake. She decided she would head down and see who the new guardians were while they waited for everyone to wake up.
((DEAR GOD I JUST REALISED HOW LONG THIS GOT I'M SORRY. If you have a problem with my powers you can change it. also haven't done this in a while so I'm a little rusty))

((Just wait a mo, and we'll see.)((Does this mean I can actually take someone to the afterlife now without them having to like actually die in the RP, just stay in the afterlife or something?))

((Ho hey ho. Might i introduce Passive RP? Passive RPing is basically RolePlaying, Sometimes communicating with other while not actually inducing an impact on the plot. Sometimes it may be hard and you'll be tempted to pull in the plot. But it is possible to Passive RP untill we get a new guardian. Also we must keep in mind that the Guardian of the Aether may not even show up and thus leaving Kylieanna doing nothing.((... You know what, @Fiestaguy, you're right.
Yeah, @Kylieanna will be the Guardian of the Nether.
But I think we should probably wait for a Guardian of Aether to be chosen before she starts RPing, or for Kylie to go unconcious until an Aether Guardian comes along, because I really don't want to know what will happen to this world if there's only a Nether, and I don't think anyone else wants to see, too. I can't really imagine it. The world would go in turmoil.))
((The only thing I can think of happening while this world only has a Nether is that all spirits get sent to the Nether, causing some people to get angry and think it isn't right and try to find an Aether Guardian or force my character to close the Nether until the Aether Guardian comes. I think it'd actually cause another side plot to form, and that might be fun depending on how it runs. Keep in mind we can close the Nether or the Aether whenever we want.))((...
