"So Skri'ik are we ready to-" Liro was interrupted by something collapsing underground. The rest of them were probably unable to feel it. He dropped to his knees and put his hands on the ground. "What is that..." It was way too far away for him to do something about it. He looked in the direction he felt it collapse. Didn't we just come from there... Liro thought. Oh, it's the cave isn't it? Liro hoped that there was nobody in it anymore as anyone inside would've been crushed. "My bad, it's nothing. Let's go now." It was actually something, but he wanted to tell it to Zwn and Skri'ik in private. He stood up and stared at the horizon, ready to leave.

Zwn convulses, feeling a sharp pain going through her both emotionally and physically. She whispers to herself, holding back the urge of tears. "Another has died."
She looks to Liro who acts strangely before getting up, "My bad, it's nothing. Let's go."
She nods, watching intently for the two to begin their walk. She wanted to tell them in private.

Guardian of Corruption
Cyra jolted awake. When did she fall asleep? She instantly looked around for Remilia, who seemed to be still, but awake. Scowling, Cyra managed to sit up. Scabs cracked as sore muscles complained. All she could taste was blood, but her mouth was completely dry. She inspected her bloodstained hands. Blood has such an interesting color. Cyra growled as she saw her ruined cloak. It was torn and burnt by the battle earlier. Battle. Remilia. Skri'ik. Liro. Zwn. Light. Flight. So much blood spilt! She smiled. The faces of their enemies as they realized Remilia and Cyra's betrayal. Priceless! What had happened to Remilia though?
The Guardian of Corruption turned to look at the Guardian of the Nether. Cyra watched her friend sit there motionless. It seemed that Remilia had lost her memory. Her eyes also changed colors once more. Her presence was screaming corruption. Complete magic taint? Could Cyra help her friend somehow? She's the Guardian of Corruption, right?
It doesn't work like that, she scolded herself. If she had that ability, she would be both Corruption and Purification. How would that work anyways? Hmm. Can a Guardian gain two aspects at the same time? Is that possible? Can they still connect to both aspects? The power to wield two aspects...
Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
That's her job, isn't it? As Cyra, the Guardian of Corruption? To corrupt all?

Ross was overwhelmed with everything that had happened. Something underground had caught Liro's attention. A Guardian had died. He'd been sent to and expelled from the plane of the Aspect of Fire.
He needed a break. He needed water. He resolved to find out the details later. He had to take care of himself first.
By the time his train of thought had come full circle, Skri'ik, Liro and Zwn were departing, and he was alone with Takot once more.
"Takot, can I talk to you? I can't handle this alone."

Or they could be dangerous foes. While he would love to work with them, he'd have to think of ways to counter them in the back of his mind, just in case the worst came to worst.

Lying where she'd been thrown, dazed and barely conscious, Kysa looked up at the darkening sky. It only took a few seconds for it to become completely dark, obscuring all vision.
"Almost..."
Her eyes fluttered shut, and her body stilled.
"I...was too late..."
The darkness soon overtakes her mind as well, her last thoughts swirling into oblivion: '...and my dress is still dirty...'
A while later, though not long after her breath and her heart slowed and stopped, her body disintegrated into silvery powder and disappeared.
The Guardian of Purification is no more.

))((That's not what I mean, it's just... Dulling. When it was black as night at least you could pretend it was night, or an eclipse but it's reverting to a dull gray.
I imagine that it's slow enough that people won't realize it at first, though, so you don't need them to worry about it just yet.))
((I imagine that this is a result of Ross and Catcocomics beating up on darkness. Seeing as fire generates his bane at a constant and he is now preoccupied with fighting a member of a legendary race, so it really would make sense that he is not presently capable of maintaining the darkness spell.
So now it's an endurance race between Catcocomics and Darkness.
Having set himself alight with frost fire, no magic but his own can touch him, whether offensive or supportive, though Catcocomics will slowly lose star power. Should it deplete to a certain point, he will have difficulty maintaining this protection.
Darkness' 'eternal' night spell (as I shall call it) is fading and, should it fade completely, with not only send bright sunlight to hit the guardian, but also fuel Catcocomics' frost-fire aura.
And even if the above take too long to deplete, Darkness, unlike Catcocomics, has not had much time to recover from Ross' flame attack, and might get KOed from pure exhaustion.
