I had posted from mobile right at the day started, but I will have to come back with a legit post. I had only commented on how strange the lack of death was and how awefully long the night was.

Though why is no one asking oak or iggy what happened in their night chat? or vote or whatever, the roles revealed and ovisously safe or something, so what went down?

Votecount: This votecount just came out of bed, so it doesn't have proper formatting yet.

Caffeinatedkitty - 6 - (Myusername22, Cooliorules, Jivvi, 77_is_the_best, xXxFruitninjaxXx Hunter27a1) [9 More to lynch]

Myusername22 - 2 - (Dessern5, Caffeinatedkitty) [13 More to lynch]

With 28 alive it'll take 15 to lynch and 14 to no-lynch.

Timdood3 it is NOT allowed to confirm other townspeople via use of role PM mechanics.. This breaks Rule 2 under the heading of "Cheating the system":
Do not attempt to analyze the mechanics of a role PM in comparison to other players.
Timdood3. You are a regular and well-accepted mafia player in this community, so I'll take that fact and deduce this was an accident. Hereby I give you your only warning. Further breach of the rules will result in a modkill.

You can now continue.

Ok, so there are a number of things that have happened while I was sleeping, first of which is the fact that no one died. Why did no one die? And more specifically, why did either iggy or Oak not die, since they would've been the most obvious targets for the mafia, if they weren't mafia themselves.

The way I see it, there's two (broad) possibilities.

First possibility: they didn't die because they were mafia and obviously the mafia wouldn't kill another mafia. This possibility, however presents us with a problem. Why did no one else die? Certainly the mafia wouldn't decide to not kill at all, so there had to be an attempted kill. Now the question becomes why didn't the kill go through? There is, of course, a number of possibilities as to why a kill wouldn't go through, for example, roleblocker blocking whoever was going to perform the kill, doctor healing the target or even the mafia hitting a bulletproof or a bleeder or whatever else. Here's the thing though: with as many players in the game as there is, the likelihood of any of those events happening would be pretty damn low. Therefore, I believe that the more likely possibility would be

the second one: they aren't mafia. If they aren't mafia, then the real mafia would've obviously wanted to kill one of them off, because of them being a powerful town PR. Why didn't the kill go through? Simple. The doctor protected one of the two and got the protection right. It would've been a 50/50 chance to get it right, so it's not that unlikely. So, gratz to the doc for making the right guess.

Next thing would be Caff. I was a little bit wary of Caff by the end of Day 0 and now she's just climbing and climbing my FoS list, and this is without the guilty investigation that myuser brought up. I could do a full analysis of her posts, but I don't feel as if it's necessary right now, since we already have an un-CCd cop saying she's guilty and that should be enough proof to lynch her anyway. What I'm gonna do is let everyone throw their two cents in and then, if there's no CCs or other proof that says that Caff is innocent, I'm very likely going to vote her.

Another person that is suspicious to me right now (but has largely (although not completely) gone unnoticed so far) is Dess. Can't explain it as good as I could my suspicion on Caff, but I feel like he's playing it a bit too neutral, and then he suddenly takes a very definitive stance in one post, only to revert back to this neutrality in the next. Gives me sort of vibes that Sploorky gives in the Doomed Cruise, as if he wants to be as neutral and unnoticed as possible.
And then of course the fact that he wants to lynch an un-CCd cop. I don't know, something just doesn't add up.

Regarding the O5's: in addition to the theory I explained at the start of my post, there are other things that make me feel like they might actually be telling the truth after all. Oak and Jivvi both haven't done anything suspicion-worthy imo, so there's that, Jivvi is giving off town-vibes, if anything. And then there's the thing with the night chat. Unless all three of them are mafia, they couldn't have come up with what they said about not having a night chat at all. Reading back, I don't actually see Iggy saying anywhere that the action is a night action, and since Iggy said in our inn that they didn't have a night chat and then Jivvi said it first in the main thread, they couldn't have come up with this bit unless they are all mafia and decided on it right away in their night chat or they're telling the truth and they really all are o5's. The alignments of them individually are up for debate, of course, but right now, I'm starting to feel as if they might all be town.

Our only night ability it to authorise a kill attempt; I don't even know the finer details if this mechanic.

However, my own day ability and our role as the highest security clearance leads me to suggest that we all have a day ability, be it a doublevote, a governor ability, or something else.

Something that just struck me is that maybe killers have to choose one of us to authorise a kill, meaning that killers have to play off the individual standpoints of the O5s. This also would suggest that one of us could be mafia, authorising the mafia party's kill each night.

As for last night, the most likely think to me seems like a doctor.

Aside from this, I agree with Ender about Dess. He really seems content with whichever way the tides flow, and once one shows promise, he pushes on it. This to me sounds like a 3P.

One could also infer that the mafia agreed on a role name to falsify as the blue flavour name, which would throw suspicion on Tim instantaneously. This could be likely as Tim seems like one of the ones who have done some research on the SCP flavour source.

I believe the above analyses are legal, as I'm not discussing their roles directly, but rather the way they conducted themselves around it

Couple of quick things.
There was no kill requested of the O5 Council last night.
I passed the Garden Shears into Jivvi, I have the ability to pass off 3 items to other players but I cannot use them myself, someone else also has access to these items, I assume another member of the O5 Council.

The O5 Council doesn't have a night chat, I think its safe to assume I will only get to vote yes or no once a kill has been requested.

Okay, so I read what happened while I was busy listening to music in the car, and- well-

Wow.

Just wow.

Mafia games move fast.

I think I forgot some important points discussed, so I'll be re-reading after I check GotE, Survivor and the PM Fiesta went and made because he wanted me to entertain him.

(As it turns out, there indeed is internet. I am glad for this, though I'm not sure what I can accomplish before we eventually check out of the hotel tomorrow.)
