somewhat absence of light
((Darkness (or at least, darkness in real life) = absence of light. Absence = a lacking of something/nothingness. Nothing = 0. Please, explain to me again how nothing can be converted into something without the use of magic?

And yes, because text is expressionless, your prior posts seemed a 'little' aggressive.))

((I think the idea is to gather opinions since Catco is being invincible again. I'll make this quick though.

a) darkness =/= magic. It's a natural element that I have unparalleled control over

b) you don't even have an element, henceforth should not be nearly as strong at you are; you exceed the strength of someone confronting an aspect weak to their attacks.

c) if being torn asunder and being hurled into the abyss to try and extinguish you does not count as concert rated, I have no idea what does

You've presented an instant counter to everything I've done, which is frankly no fun at all.
You're also making this extremely complicated; I believe the whole idea of one guardian to one specific aspect was intended to keep the limitations of each characters abilities plain and clear.))

((edit: oops so much for quick. it's summarised, anyway))

((...

This shit.

It's always this shit.

Catco has a point when he says that it would be unfair to leave his character defenseless, but Toilet also has a point when she says that Catco seems to have a counterattack against everything. If you've already made a PM, include me in it, and Trap too if he's okay with it, because this. Really. Has to stop.))

You can turn light into dark by putting a shade cloth over a spot, that is the minimal level of manipulation we have of darkness. I'm just saying he can manipulate it much heavier and in different ways then we can in reality.

((If there is no light there has to be dark? If there is no dark there has to be light? That's utter bullshit. It'll allow me and Jivvi to control each other's elements. I like to think of there being an anomalous limbo without light OR darkness that can not really be grasped or described by the fabric of reality.))

I think I tried that once; 'undarking' a space to make light, but decided it would be a bit op so left it out of my next actions

((But if you think about it, it's not real light or real darkness. It's just an artificial light or darkness created by Jivvi sucking out all the darkness or you sucking out all the light. No idea what the "anti-darkness" would look like, but I imagine the "anti-light" kind of distorts appearances and colors. And anyway that's the only way it can be manipulated by the opposite I think- that he can create it.))

Guardian of Corruption

Cyra stared at the hand. It seemed out of place, in the middle of all the dull rocks. It was a sharp comparison to its surroundings. Who was it? Maybe she could lift some of the lighter rocks? After a few minutes, she looked at a piece of blood-stained cloth. It belonged to the Guardian of Magic. Endal was his name, wasn't it? Perhaps this Himinn creature was a friend of this dead Guardian. Pathetic. Friendships. Heh. A brief vision of a smiling Remilia flashed in Cyra's head. She frowned.

"Liro, doesn't this belong to Endal? Or whatever his name was?" She called as she waved the blood-stained cloth above her head.

(( Claire no, Endal was M.I.A, and may not have been hit with a boulder. It was Fauna who was hit. ))

((Quoting Fali:
So, knowing that death was just over the horizon, she ran with him as fast as she could.

Then abruptly, she found herself being swung forward.

Himinn's eyes widened.

'What-'

Her chocolate brown eyes met Endal's purple for just a second.

And then the moment was gone as she found herself tumbling on the ground, just outside the cave.

'What-'
'Wha-'

She turned her body over, her head rising up to look behind her-

And the cave collapsed completely.
Pretty sure that meant Endal saved Himinn by swinging her forward but being crushed in the process))

Moments after Airis speaks, another boy materializes nearby.
"Oh, it's you. What do you want?"
Though the words seem harsh, his tone is mild, and Airis seems ecstatic to see him.
"Death!"
She smiles slightly. 'Don't tell me... No way.'
She listens as he talks, explaining what he needed help with. As he finishes, though, she steps forward. "Airis, isn't that pretty dangerous? What if you can't come back?" Her eyes widen at the thought. Looking at Death, she continues, "Um... Death, was it? Please tell me that that idea is as crazy as it sounds."

...

Guardians of Corruption and Ground

"Useless." Liro muttered as he stood up, leaving Himinn and walked towards the rocks. "I don't know." He replied to Cyra.

"Well that was helpful. If my memory serves correctly, then it is his shirt or robe thing. What do you think happened?"

Liro touched the ground. "It collapsed naturally, well all of the fighting and commotion that was going on here probably helped collapse it."

"I wonder if the remainder of the Nether portal caused it? If there was a remainder at all?"

Liro shrugged. "I don't know exactly." He sighed and grabbed Endal's hand, his skin was ice cold.

"Well congratulations on grabbing a dead creature's hand. What's next, captain?"

Liro turned around and yelled at Himinn again. "Can you please tell me what happened?!" Maybe he should try something different. He walked up to Himinn sat down next to her and softly asked. "Are you okay?"

"She's probably still half dead. Basically traumatized. Hmm. What if this isn't Endal? What if there were other Guardians that arrived?" Cyra frowned, thinking hard. "Wasn't Fauna in the cave, too?

"As far as I know the people who were here after we left were Endal, Himinn and Fauna. Himinn is right here so it's either Endal and Fauna unless other people arrived, obviously." Liro looked at the hand. "Do you think it's worth the effort to get the body out of there?"

"Well I probably can't, by using both corruption and physical force. I'm too dead for that. You're still tired from all the fights, too. It's just a corpse anyways. Nothing special. It's dead. Gone." Cyra sat down again. "Would be nice to see who it was though."

Cyra looked apathetically at the creature was also inspecting the hand now.

"She's basically useless in that state. What do you suggest?"

The Guardian of Corruption felt that leaving the creature and cave would be a logical decision since that neither is giving her answers. Skri'ik is also still on the loose. What is he doing now anyways? Pursuing his corrupted goals? What if the hand was not Endal? What if there's some other dark forth after this useless sphere of dirt? The whole place is corrupted. Doomed, you could say.

Death pauses for a moment processing what Airis is requesting. "Are you sure about this? Theres an extremely good chance you cant come back after i send you;". He looks at the unfamiliar person pleading with him not to let Airis go, "I wont say this is a good idea, but if he wants to do it i cant stop him." He continues explaining the situation with Airis "For now, I haven't been putting them in the nether, rather, in my scythe. Their souls are stored in there until further notice. If you want to go through i will have to open a portal into the world embedded in this blade; I will warn you though, its not going to be easy or simple or whatever. In my scythe is where the souls of people and things that are too evil to be let into the Nether." He sighs. "To make sure, are you sure you want to do this?"
