((Draft for a readme as the program nears completion every minute~))

[accordion]
{slide=Introduction}Hello, and thank you for downloading the GCN tool V1.0. This readme will introduce you to the program and give you the basics. If you wish to get started, please refer to the quick version of the readme named "README[QUICK].txt"

DISCLAIMER: This program is not intended to be used for 'Guardians of the Elements' only. Although that roleplay was the incentive for this program, the flexibility and extensive configuration allows this program to format all kinds of IRC logs.
{/slide}

{slide=Chapter 1. Setting up}First, you have to setup the program. Luckily, you need to do barely anything. It's literally as easy as running, pressing a button and watching the little numbers and letters scroll by. This program will automatically download all components from the developer's dropbox. These files are public and can be downloaded individually if you so prefer. If you do not want the program downloading random stuff to your PC, not a problem (I understand your paranoia). You can download a pre-packaged .zip version from <LINK TO BE INSERTED>

The setup, of course, needs a stable internet connection to download the files. It will install to the same directory the program is located in. At this point in time, directory is not yet changeable.

There are three setup modes:
------------------
1.1 Minimum
------------------
Absolute barebones, will download the program and essential files. Do not expect anythign spectacular from this. What you should however expect, are manual package and patch installations if you choose this! ~UNKNOWN KB

------------------
1.2 Custom
------------------
Will launch a menu where you can decide what packages are to be downloaded. Essential packages are labeled '[ESSENTIAL]',
disable at your own risk! ~UNKNOWN to ~UNKNOWN KB

------------------
1.3 Full
------------------
Will install all programs and additional packages. Recommended for full experience. ~UNKNOWN KB

After setting up, you can run the GCN.exe and it will launch, don't get shocked by the looks. It's not particularily shiny or fabulous. This program is a straight-to-the-point formatter, not an easter-egg ridden fun play-thing.{/slide}

{slide=Chapter 2. Getting started}On the main menu you have 6 options:

[1] Convert a file
[2] Create a configuration
[3] Manage configurations
[4] Update GDN files
[5] Options
[6] Exit

------------------
2.1 Convert
------------------
The main function, this program will let you pick a configuration, will read the Input.txt file, format the logs and save them to the Output.txt file. Simple as that.

------------------
2.2 Config
------------------
Allows you to create configurations, here you have three options:

[1] Basic configuration
[2] Advanced configuration
[3] Argumentative configuration

-------------
2.2.1 Basic
-------------
The basic, list the users, list their colors, list your timestamp, namestamp and bam, config done.

-------------
2.2.2 Adv
-------------
Advanced configuration. List users, select standard aliases, select custom colorcodes, format BBCodes, advanced timestamp creator and pattern lister.

-------------
2.2.3 Arg
-------------
Argumentative configuration. Enter specific patterns to configure the configuration file's order, PForce influence and package management, specify advanced I/O paths and extension management, including all the above listed.

------------------
2.3 Manage configs
------------------
Rename, edit and delete existing configurations.

------------------
2.4 Update GDN
------------------
Look for updates and install if available.

------------------
2.5 Options
------------------
Edit the options of the program.

[1] Enable/Disable Quickrun
[2] Enable/Disable Packages
[3] Check GDN Fiels for errors
[4] Exit

-------------
2.5.1 Q-run
-------------
Enable or disable quickrun; quickrun is a simple .exe file which formats logs from QInput.txt to QOutput.txt using the default configuration.

-------------
2.5.2 Pack
-------------
Allows you to enable/disable additional packages (more on those later) and view info on them.

-------------
2.5.3 Errors
-------------
Checks all files to see if any are broken and/or need repairs. If a file is broken, it will first re-install it, then try an older version, and if none work, it will be disabled and an error log will be uploaded.

{[rp subforums would be nice to have]}
((Kinda useless at this point in time though. Although Caff has an RP idea, Trap's starting an RP later, and we could benefit with a place to archive these. And of course we can have a thread where people can RP with short replies, and then it gets compiled and posted to the main thread, followed by all posts being deleted in the other saving up a lot of clutter. And of course a few stickied post, one for the GCN formatter, one for Trap's roleplay guide and an explanation thread. GmK does this idea sound good or am I spurting out nonsense again? Of course note the key words: not at this point in time. Also, I volunteer for "administrating" such a subforum.
EDIT: Actually, this might be nice for after the overhaul to get a small roleplaying audience join us ^^ Broadening our demographic and playerbase.))

It must have been hours since arriving into this strange scythe dimension.
Catcocomics had been restlessly roaming about the little blank space that, undoubtedly, he must be stuck in.
It was rather difficult trying to walk efficiently in either body, at first, though he did eventually get used to having four legs, but Catcocomic couldn't quite understand how to work with a split consciousness.
He had learned how to control each body of his individually, and even simultaneously control both bodies individually, but other things, like not being able to remember which of his bodies he wanted to do what while trying to do different things at the same time (like make his wolf body walk while making his fox body leap).
Aside from trying to get used to his new form of existence, there was another problem: how was Catcocomics to navigate the dimension, reunite all of his character elements, and leave the scythe?
All the he could see with either body was a great white nothingness, containing his now stone humanoid-body and his canine bodies.
Choosing to wait and sort things out, Catcocomics lies down and goes to sleep...

((I was kind of aiming more for Twilight/Light world mixture from the beginning of Twilight Princess,
but the silent realms from Skyward Sword do share some similarities... some.))
((its funny because the silent realms are infested with sleeping guardians who hunt you down and shatter your soul with one shot))

((like what jivvi did forever ago. time-delayed results.))

...and the image of a wolf's head appears before Cairne in a flash of light, startling him enough to fall ass-backwards off of Barry.

The treacherous trio skip through the entrance and bound off in the direction they were previously, at a rather quickened pace.
((Who said we were coming with you? Stop controlling our characters please. :L ))
Liro slowly stood up, the pain started fading away although he still lost a lot of blood the flow stopped when amputated by the scythe. He made a small opening directly to the room Cyra was waiting in. His balance was slightly off due to the lack of weight on his left side. "Cyra, where did Cairne go?" He quietly asked her.

"He rode out on this rocky thing and took Remilia. I was literally about to go after him." Cyra seemed to notice Liro's missing arm for the first time. "What happened to your arm?"

"Cairne cut it off after I tried to chew and tear it off." He scratched his head. "Do you happen to have something that cures corruption do you? I don't think you meant to but you might've corrupted me when the leech burrowed into me."

Cyra looked at Liro. "Well that would explain your weird behavior, but that does not explain your obsession with this house. Also do I look like the Guardian of Purification to you?" After a pause, she continued.
"I don't know, Liro, if someone tries to bite their arm off, should't you stop them instead of help cutting it off?"

"I've been having... visions..." He started walking towards the door. "We can talk about it later, don't you want to get your friend back?"

Cyra began to walk towards the door (ex-gooey hole in the wall).
"Honestly, some Guardian of Order we got. Bringing back the dead and cutting people's arms off?"

"Doesn't sound like a Guardian of Order to me..."

"Yeah. Why was he riding that weird rocky thing earlier? Did you make that?"

"I think I did... My memory's a bit clouded."

"Well now we all know my blood does miracles. What was that about visions?"

"I've been having visions of me in a past life or the future and I try to change everything to what I look like in the visions."
"Which explains my random house building and other shenanigans."

Cyra slapped her hand to her forehead. "Oh no, please don't tell me you're going to pull a Skri'ik."
"Well I mean if you are, do tell me. But I hope you're not going to pull a Skri'ik."

Liro shrugged. "Let's hope I don't." He smiled.

Cyra lowered her hands and stared at them as they followed Cairne's trail. "All I do is harm, even if it's unintentional. I don't think this new world needs corruption. Generally people agree that's bad." She paused then looked back at Liro. "And because of that I cannot help you with your corruption problem. I guess we'll see if it gets better or worse in the future."

Ah, hello there...what, you don't recognize me?...
I am Azure, guardian of the Aether. The Aether is a cool, windy, lofty dwelling... I'm sure you'd enjoy it... I mean, it is the direct opposite of that horridly hot, fiery, place that I myself am ashamed to mention... The Nether. Here in the Aether are clouds as far as the eye can see, fluffy and soft as cotton, as well as beautiful flowing cold springs and ice structures....
Oh? I'm sorry, I've just been talking about my home this whole time...as for myself, I guard this place. Icy, freezing wind, ice, clouds, and light are what I primarily manipulate, tbough I'm not specialized in any certain element....
Yes, I'm peaceful... Though if you threaten my home I will bring the wrath of the heavens upon you...
...Stop by soon...you won't be disappointed...
