they all liquids homieDRINKING WATER WHEN YOU WAKE UP HELPS YOUR METABOLISM GET GOING, FLUSH YOUR BODY, HYDRATE ((obvs)) AFTER NOT DRINKING FOR 6-8 HOURS ((or whatever little sleep you get)) AND ((not really supported/observed enough to be considered probable fact)) HELPS YOU EAT LESS ((<--again maybe)) SO DRINK WATER TOO/AT LEAST WITH WHATEVER ELSE YOU ARE DRINKING IN THE MORNING. C:
What you drink for breakfast is irrelevant to how much water you drink throughout the day (remember there are 24 hours in a day and thus many opportunities!) and our bodies being made of water does not stop people from drinking traditionally "healthy" things like milk either.Aren't humans supposed to be about 60% water?
You shouldn't keep that in the fridge. Cold kills flavors.I usually wake up anywhere between 9 -3, so I'll drink whatever the fuck is in the fridge.
Edit* Considering this is the only thing in my fridge currently
It might make for a short morning..
Yes, because my cup of tea is secretly plotting to murder me in my sleep.basically, just drink something aqueous, but be careful of what it is. For all you know, your morning beverage could be doing something scary to you...
your tea might not be plotting to murder you in your sleep, but the company who created the product may or may not be trying to turn humans into sheep people. Most famous of these companies is Monsanto, though there are quite a few of them. In general, just be careful.
unless it has added sugar or corn syrupJuice and water has the most votes so far.
