the picture doesn't work because it's stored at http://blocktopia.net/forum/file://...minecraft/screenshots/2015-01-02_20.34.00.png ; which is on your computer where the forums can't get it.

uploading to an image share site like imgur.com will let you copy the image url with a right click and then insert the image through the forum post options thingy
