"Eaten fire..? No... I was just asking." Though the more she thought about it, the more she wondered if it was possible. "...I wonder if it's possible." she mumbled, rolling the small ball of fire on her palm. 'God damn it. Curiosity kills.' she thought, slightly annoyed. Topaz backed up, though knew she couldn't outrun fire. She glanced around, "...Erm... How?" she asked, seeing the small ball of flame still in hand. 'Well... that happened..'

((EDIT: Catco pls ;-; ))
Ross watched, shocked, as Topaz was seemingly consumed in fire. And then...It was gone. "Uh- Topaz? Are you...ok?"

Catcocomics (fox) turned back again (from trying to get Endal's attention), to see that the green flames where gone. Near them where two guardians, the one he had first met, and one he couldn't quite recognize.
The latter of the two seemed to have a faint green light about her, though the other did not seem to notice, though looked concerned about something... Perhaps the newer guardian had absorbed the flames?
Catcocomics walked over to the two, curious.

"...Edible, though feral..." like a wolf?
Catcocomics couldn't help but consider that there might be a connection between the flames and him.
Deciding that he should probably be at the same place as himself, Catcocomics (wolf) walked over to Catcocomics (fox).
It might just be a coincidence, but still, maybe he should have tried investigating the flames as his wolf self...

((Well, without further delay, I suppose I should go ahead and at the very least, explain what's important about this flame.
First of all, there are three flames: one green, one red, and one blue, though only the green one has been found.
Now, these flames are actually a part of Catcocomics himself, and are necessary to complete him.

Each flame is colored to correspond with the Triforce (because Catcocomics has had to have played or seen a few legend of zelda games to purposely wear a similar tunic to Link), green being courage (though it could have easily been put into a feral state by the scythe world), blue being wisdom, and red being power.

Each flame will act as a temporary power up (but only for guardians), dependent on the flame's color.
Green allows a guardian to create a sword from their element (which will keep its shape, no matter what element) that, though it is magically incapable of killing anything, can still serve as a good defense if magic power is exhausted.

The flames will eventually get bored of a guardian after a time ranging from 5 minutes to a week. When this happens, the flames will erupt from the guardian they were in and teleport into a random denizen of the scythe world.
These flame react differently with Catcocomics himself; no reaction if he brings the wrong body to the wrong flame, permanent absorption if he brings the right body to the right flame, plus one new ability specific to that body. Catcocomics cannot absorb a flame that is already in a guardian until the flame gets bored of the guardian.

Also, because Topaz turned part of the green flame into a ball, in which she consumed, Catcocomics may be in store for a surprise magic anomaly.))

1. this isnt a video game
2. catco is a phoenix and cannot have played LoZ or seen earth
3. thank u for telling us this eventually but this isnt zelda.
4. dont expect the other guardians to care about your quest because they have quests of their own
5. thats a really cool sideplot though for the wolves to do
6. i guarantee you cairne has come out of a wolf head and PROBABLY can point you in a next direction for quest

((except that normally, Catcocomics is capable of crossing half the galaxy in just over an hour, not to mention that his normal appearance is completely Nintendo-influenced.
Also, Catcocomics is capable of limited speech in some Earth languages, including Korean, Japanese, and French... unless he is in the form of a wolf, fox, or other animal.))

[[literally every guardian speaks english so this has zero point whatsoever]]
[[if this was a video game that would be equivalent to changing language settings]]

2. saying where my character has or hasn't been without my consent is basically like taking some one's character and controlling it without their permission; it's power playing.))
((And forcing your personal agenda on someone else without actually telling them what it is isn't? I'm sensing some hypocrisy here.))

((It was a little unfair that I didn't exactly have a chance to make my character attack the demon, or anyone else trying to do the same, for that matter.
Sure, I may have been caught up having my character try in vain to pin Light down, but still, the demon just came up and went down again.

And the whole "power playing hypocrisy" of "forcing my personal agenda on someone else"... I was asked to give the flames some kind of properties, I know, but I didn't see that post until I was done playing AoD. By that time, Topaz had already picked up some of the flames and rolled them into a ball. I know I didn't ask for time to react (and seriously, AoD is that attention demanding), but it still would have been nice to maybe wait another five or ten minutes to tell you what the flames would do.
You ask me to do something, particularly something I can do easily, I'll do it, even if I'm delayed.
I'm hoping that this is just a miss understanding.))

((Human error on my part then; I must not have seen it or else, thought it best not to respond to that. Still, this could have been avoided by waiting an extra five or ten minutes.
that, and I can't really bring this laptop to use in bed with me... kind of not meant for beds, especially when I have a bunk bed and sleep on the top bunk. And my phone won't download anything because it refuses to log into my gmail.))

((So I'm just going to post something that I typed as a reply to another conversation here, in hopes of less arguments;

'It's okay to go with it without telling others what it is as long as everyone agrees.

-By that, I mean you asked everyone if this is okay, if they're okay with an event being forced onto them without them knowing exactly what it is, and that you had proposed this idea to me and a handful of others that you picked who could be in on it. I could be in on it, even. Events can be fun and exciting, and that's something that I understand.

However, I also know that if it comes in unannounced, no matter what potential your idea might have, people are going to reject it. The reason why I often invite others into a conversation when someone proposes an idea is because people tend to have differing viewpoints on an idea, and while this can spark arguments it can also be helpful in the long run.'))
