i could mention a lot of fake claims from past games here that strike a similar note to notty's claim
probably the closest is my fake bomb claim or oak's from-the-grave knife claim, which scream out 'please no hit'
So here we go, took the time to do this, here are some quotes and generalization of those 8 people's voting reasons. Note: I only have small bits of my thoughts on these atm, put this together late and I'll have to do serious thinking about it later.
(Yes, I'm working backwards and starting on day 2, I'll get to day 1 when/if I have time to scan 60+ pages =S)

Exasperated tone, somewhat seems to be using the confusion to throw on his vote, but to be looked at later.

Overall idea of Day 2 lynch: Ltin made himself way too easy of a target to lynch, not sure how much we can reasonably extract from these votes/ posts around the votes, but we can try. I think we'll get a better idea from looking at day1 than day2 (though I'd have to finish looking back to make sure...)
I only have my first thoughts on these right now, some of them might not even be remembered correctly (so please bear with me xP)
These are just the votes/vote-posts themselves, though while looking through, I noticed that very few of these 8 people gave many posts with a lot of their thoughts on why they were voting, so for me, most just have a general layer of suspicion on them (for until I can deduce more) (I think I remember that a lot of them seemed to more or less drop out of discussion after voting...the only noticeable exception seemed to be Ender).
When I can get more time, I'll try to work on thinking more about these votes/looking at day 1 (argh it took so long just for day2 which had like only 1/4 of the posts of day1 >,<)

Ltin quoting in italics. Seems hasty, but there weren't a lot of votes on Ltin at this time, so didn't put him in immediate danger (though certainly helped get the bw on him).

The only person that REALLY tries to put much of a post to explain exactly why he wants to lynch Ltin (out of the 8), so naturally seems the most town-sided (could be sneaky maf, but if notty's to be believed, he's town-sided)
Ooglie:

My "hasty vote" was something of a pressure vote. Granted, I could have taken more time with it, had I been home.... Yeah I probably should have waited until I was home either way but still.

I'd like everyone to tell us who they'd vote right now, if you absolutely had to vote someone. We have less than two days until the deadline and only three votes on two of the most suspected players.

Fruit does tend to go along with the majority opinion and appears when there's a bandwagon vote. Traits like that indicate scummy behaviour, but it looks more like inactivity and negligence. With my experience Mafia tend to actively lurk in order to keep up-to-date but still maintain a low profile. Whereas Fruit needs reminding and is often ill informed of situations. This could be problematic later on in the game when it's Town vs. Mafia and it's left to inactive and misinformed players to try and save Town (*cough*@Jolteon42 *cough*) . However, voting for Fruit seems too much like a "if we can't lynch Notty then let's go with this guy" vote.
If I'm being honest, Notty is the wildcard for me. That's my bias opinion because I've played too many games with Notty to know that she's devious. It always surprises me that people allow her to carry on as long as she does when she's openly deceptive.

I'm not sure how N1 abilities work, but if Alpha had intended to make Catgirl jealous, isn't she then part of his 'cult?' Wouldn't it then make her vulnerable to 77's cultist killing during N1? Yeah, I can agree with this (and I think it's why I always end up voting for her). The reason I unvoted is because if she actually does have a bomb, it's better to just have her attacker blow up with her.
I may go back to voting for notty, but right now I want to try looking for some leads, although there's not much time left in the day
