I can't really say much to defend myself, I've said that lynching me would be a bad idea since I'm about the one person the Mafia can't kill. And I don't really know what else to say besides I'm not Mafia I'm Third Party.

From personal experience when people just blatantly say 'I'm not mafia' they generally turn out mafia.
I know it's not much to go on but slightly suspicious of notty.
Also that info is from epicmafia so yeah it's not epicmafia, blah blah blah, but when people outright say it, it pushes wrong button with me.
Can't see myself voting today honestly - I don't see any firm ground on anyone :/

Believe me, I'm incredibly hesitant about voting for Notty. I'd really like to vote for Fruit because his lack of presence in the game worries me. However, I'm not trusting of Notty and I question her allegiance, her role and her story.

Not really, but neither does anyone else, so going off purely on logic, I'm voting Fruit, since he has voted for the most likely lynch three days in a row now, has been pretty quiet and just seems to be bandwagoning and not really contributing much himself. I'd say he's the scummiest of those alive (because even though there's not much suggesting he's scum, the others have even less or nothing at all), therefore I'm voting him.
And if you're wondering why I don't consider Notty to be suspicious, then I personally haven't seen anything too scummy from her, and the only reasons I've seen for voting her so far have been, in my opinion, complete bullshit (no offense to those voting Notty, but I see absolutely no logic or reason in what you're doing). Therefore, I'm not voting her.

Based on what I've been able to see so far, I'd rather lynch Fruit than Notty, but I'm not sure if I want either lynched... Fruit simply has just been relatively inactive and only voted to lynch someone without giving a lot of reasoning while Notty has admittedly been confusing, but she does seem actually somewhat likely to be what she says she is (role-wise) so I'd rather keep a potential bomb alive than someone that votes only to lynch. Since I won't be back in time for the deadline and we're going to have to choose one of these two to lynch...

fruit hasn't really been shifty at all so i expect him to flip as the latter if he's lynched
notty is absolutely suspicious. of course she's not scummy; she's claimed 3P and is making as big a mess of the town's leads as she can. we lynched Hunter for causing chaos, why aren't we lynching Notty?

No, we haven't. Your conclusions matching with those of Defiant and Road don't mean that everyone's reached the same conclusion.
Look, the situation right now is as follows: Fruit isn't even trying to defend himself, which he should, if he was a townie. Notty, on the other hand, has been consistent in her claim and has proven her claim, too. The alignment is up for debate, yes, but I see no reason to not trust her claim of third party, either. The arguments made against Fruit, while weak, hold at least some merit. The arguments against Notty...
Okay, for example, let's take Coolio's argument against Notty. She says that if someone states they're not mafia, it means they're mafia. What kind of logic is that? If someone starts questioning a townie, who then states that he's not mafmafia, do you pounce on them saying that they're obviously mafia for saying that sentence? Of course you don't. Hell, I've explicitly stated that I am not mafia in this very game, but I don't see anyone accusing me for it.
Digi says that because Notty has been devious in past games, she's not to be trusted. Does that mean that if I, by chance, get a mafia role and play it good, then I can't be trusted again in any game? Of course not. You should only look at the evidence in front of you, in this game, or if you want to get meta, then maybe analyze the playstyle to see if any similarities turn up, although I regard that as not the smartest move as well.
I haven't seen one legitimate accusation against Notty. Give me one to discuss, and I will, but I don't want to discuss logic that isn't logic and reasons that aren't reasonable.

Ok, well, the only reason I unvoted Notty was because she says she has a bomb. But there is also the chance that she doesn't have the bomb, thus her claim is fake and she is probably mafia. The bomb gives her a reason to say not to lynch her. WIFOM I know, but when lynching notty, she's either 3p or mafia, no chance of lynching town. I gave up to easily on my lynch, just because notty said something I don't even know is true.
And endersteve, the only reasoning I've seen so far is that I've been quiet. I was quiet the first two days because I didn't feel like reading 60 pages to catch up. So I just went with the bandwagon vote to make an appearance. Although they were bandwagon votes, Alpha was 3p and Ltin was caught in a lie. And I had ltin's role one game, where I was mafia, so I kind of based my voted off that. (Locksmith)
