It looks like Buildbox has an issue with players that changed their name due to Mojang's implementation for name changing on Minecraft.

It will be fixed. Don't worry. Nill, Priz, and anyone capable of fixing it will be working on it.

Essentially, yes. As an addendum to this PSA: There were more issues than we had expected, so we'll be keeping the server down until such a point where the kinks are worked out. There is no current ETA, but I will update once I have more information to share.
