Is there 128x texture pack that is complete?

Preferably I would like one that is similar to default texture pack.

It wasn't complete - some textures weren't converted.

I found different one though - this one http://bdcraft.net/VanillaBDcraft-Minecraft
It is close enough to default, so I can recognize what blocks/items are these.
