So, again, this is an anti-town role. I hypothesize that repeatedly censoring a certain player increases the effectiveness of censoring, starting with snipping bits of the report and the next night flatly redacting all useful information. A third night would likely result in the entire report being unreadable.

Before this game, the last time we lynched someone that sounded like a clear Mafia role, despite coming clean without pressure, was the Town Vampire on Bloody Masquerade... If I recall correctly.
Jolt's claim of being a Town Jailer made sense, because there's typically a Town counterpart of his claim, the Hooker.
