What do you think the role entails?
The role of Moderator entails that you're there for server users when they are in need of help, advice or if they want to me taught how to use specific commands. It is also important that I symbolise the friendliness, reliability and politeness to other users, through dealing with any problems that may occur on the server.
Why do you want to be a staff member?
I have been a member of the community for several years now, and I feel like I am dedicated enough to help the staff to run the server and assist with any problems that may happen. I want to be able to help the players more than I currently can as a player, through the use of a staff position.
What qualities can you bring to the current staff team, that set you apart from other applicants?
I am a dedicated member of the community and have been around for a long space of time. I know the server very well and feel that I could easily adapt to any new position involving the server, or any new commands that I would need to learn.
How would you approach a problem that you are unfamiliar with?
If it is not an easy problem to solve, I would look towards another member of the moderator team and ask them if they knew how to solve the problem. If they didn't know, I would then consult the higher members of staff to help me solve the problem that I am having.
