Could very well be an act. This is a rather outdated opinion of mine, but considering this is mafia, anyone could be lying.
The fence could turn out to be a massive threat to the town, as I believe Sam has said multiple times. This as well is a little late, but I'm not sure how much I believe that you aren't the fence.
I mean, claiming that you aren't, in fact, who you said you were, when you're halfway to being lynched? Looks like backpedaling to me. And we can't risk keeping the fence around when they could easily win with the mafia.
Plus, even if they win with the town, their win takes priority over the town's.

Well I mean sure, but killing me is killing a civilian, I find it ironic that those saying "we should kill the fence and take the safe route to avoid accidentally killing civilians" are now lynching me after what I said. Well it may look like backpedalling, you clearly haven't read what's happened in the last 2 pages properly so I suggest you go and double check before you make a vote you will regret.
Okay pretty surprised by this, now I can definitely support possibly lynching Friendy at the end of the day. I'm going to hold my vote for a while though. I still think what Notty tried could be to frame Geek and he never expected someone to claim fence, hell, maybe Notty is the fence. Maybe Notty is mafia and got orders from the fence to make it look like he was being forced to do something. I'm not as sure of Notty being mafia after Friendy's confession though. Looking back through this mess I want to take my suspicious of Inffy back, I am fairly convinced he's not mafia now.
Okay, so this feels like a good time to drop a (figurative) bomb before Friendy gets sent to the gallows:
1. I have been contacted by the Protestor (if you could confirm this in anonymous message, that'd be grand, you revealed your identity to me, whomever this concerns)
2. I have also been contacted by the Fence (although the messages have stopped)
3. I know who the mafia supposedly are
Without further ado, I have been told:
The Mafia Leader is Dessern5 (who has voted for Friendy)
The Mafia Scout is Samlen (who has voted for Friendy)
The Mafia Lieutenant is CaffeinatedKitty (who has voted for Friendy)
The Mafia Propagandist is Duffie (who hasn't voted for Friendy)
And Notme is an unknown Mafia role, presumably soldier. (who hasn't voted for Friendy, but has voted for The Road To Ruin, which lead on that lynch escapade for Geekenstein, who I have vouched for)
Please note, this does not inherently prove Friendy is innocent.
I felt the need to drop this in here and I pray I haven't messed up anyones plans (I assume the fence didn't care cause he stopped contacting me)

Ok but how does this make sense? I am a very intelligent player, if I WERE mafia, there's no way i'd reveal myself to anyone not on my team, and I would think most people would have the common sense to not reveal their teammates if contacted this way. But that is besides the point, because this information is at least partially or completely wrong, as I am not a part of the mafia. Now my best guess is that the fence is trying to create as much confusion and speculation as possible and is trying to draw attention away from themselves. That said, I doubt that the fence would list themselves on this list, making it 95% likely that the fence is one the remaining 14 players. To this end, I still believe it is Friendy because this seems like another desperate ploy to get people off his back and off the gallows.
I'm sorely confused, and not quite sure how to defend my case. xD
I am simply a Citizen... But, anyone can say they're a Citizen, so that doesn't really hold any water...
My lack of participation has been due to my being busy with life and video games, but my silence with everything is due to how absolutely crazy it has been, and my lack of voting has been due to how I always view everyone has nice and potentially town. I'm basically coming up with something now, as I'm suddenly on the spotlight with this massive spotlight I don't deserve or understand..?
... Well, I guess I could give my take on any of the situations, I guess? That's moreso giving my opinion, rather than proof of being a Citizen, which I'm not even sure that's even possible...
