basically, yeah, if we were to assume that you aren't the zombie leader
that depends on whether you're a (unknowing or not, doesn't matter) zombie or not
because let's face it, if you're the one we haven't touched, then i couldn't know, i can only guess that geek is more scummy than you in that situation
I'm not gonna lie I am so confused right now. If I have any strengths in this game it is being sensitive to very very general vibes on people and using it so scumhunt, not being all logical and specific and making cases for people based on actual evidence, so in this situation I feel, as a player, kind of hopeless and tangled in a web of conspiracies, because my gut isn't really helping much at this point. I think Ender is telling the truth, but I also don't think Vat is telling the truth, and I think it makes sense that Ender is the last Zombie and is doing this since it's his only chance to win, and I think it also makes sense that he's being very truthful, so...
I can also be pretty decent at following actions along and seeing what's likely going to happen but there are so many darn variables and lies and things that could be hidden that I am REALLY struggling to know what is the best thing to do here, and I feel like the answer is super obvious and it's RIGHT near my face and that I just need one more puzzle piece and then I can turn and be like, OOOOHHHH. But for now, I have no idea. Sorry. Someone with a more suited brain for this situation needs to fly in and help me pls
Anyway, Oog I feel like you need to say something because I don't know what it's going to do but I think it's going to clear at least SOMETHING up in my brain!!!
Also Ender can you explain again why you aren't claiming a role please?
Aaaaaaaand there it is.I feel like the answer is super obvious and it's RIGHT near my face and that I just need one more puzzle piece and then I can turn and be like, OOOOHHHH.
If the other people in his inn did agree to this, and at some point later in the game one of them was infected and they all decided to work together by infecting each other, there was a good chance that vat would be killed rather than converted. This was a risk he knew was there, yet he did it anyway. Why would he do that if his main and sole objective was to simply survive, do you ask? Because that's not his main and sole objective. His main and sole objective is to have the mafia win the game, and that includes identifying the zombies, and he was prepared to risk his life to identify at least one zombie for his mafia team to kill at night, because the zombies are the biggest threat to the mafia.Zombie Leader - Wins if zombies have majority
-With other Zombies, chooses one person each night that will be infected OR killed, based on current player/zombie ratio
If he is then he's not a problem I don't think because as long as we outnumber him tomorrow we're fine, and we will since we'll all still be town since you blocked Ender and one of us will be infected but will still be classed as town for that day.But what if ender is the zombie leader? Whether or not vat is mafia I still lean towards that and I still think my plan of lynching ender is the best (only) plan.
There will- OH THE GUNIf he is then he's not a problem I don't think because as long as we outnumber him tomorrow we're fine, and we will since we'll all still be town since you blocked Ender and one of us will be infected but will still be classed as town for that day.
I was thinking Geek is probably mafia until now. I don't think her behaviour is clearly town. I may have worded it a bit weirdly but I mean that it makes sense for her to play passive (not really putting forward ideas) as town too, based on what happened the previous game and her I know her.We don't know how Geek plays really. Geek hasn't really done much of anything this game (kinda like her predecessor), and her only other game we nearly lynched her D0 for being a noob is if I recall correctly.
1) How did I make a slip by saying she wasn't BS what?I think someone just got a bit sweaty when Geek claimed Blacksmith. Because if she is the BS it would mean you are mafia and because of you that you made a huge slip saying that she can't be the BS. So before that I posted a plan that we kill Ender and the BS gives out a gun randomly to a townie or me so that we can kill the 2 remaining mafia. This is why Inf suddenly has a problem and is almost *forced* to change his vote on me, he hopes by keeping the zombies in for a while he can stall the town and then beat zombies, that would be his best chance to win.
I thought there was a pretty small chance that Inffy would be mafia over Geek but the scum is basically forced to come out now.
Now, looking at you. You've actually been kinda shady, talking too much and coming with weird theories to confuse town. I had some scum feelings from you before (although I didn't think mafia) because you didn't seem to be helping town forward at all, I don't believe you contributed a lot.
Okay so after reading for a while, I think Ltin and Infected_Alien8_ are town. They seem to do what they think is the right thing while also looking a bit clueless. They've done a few weird things IMO but that doesn't make them scum.
Boy your opinion does seem to change an awful lot and convenient times doesn't it! One minute I'm scummy, then you want someone I think is suspicious lynched so I'm suddenly town and doing what I "think is the right thing", and now I'm putting suspicion on you again I'm scum again! I admit I've been pumping some bizarre theories out there this game but in no way have I been unhelpful or confusing town, I've just been giving ideas, which is a way of contributing to town. I'm preeetty sure I put suspicion on both Marskid AND Dessern first out of anyone so how you can say I haven't helped push town in the right direction is beyond me! Actually no it isn't because you're MAFIAAAHHH!This all doesn't really add up and to me this makes Ltin and Inffy are morely likely to be good. Regarding the switch of my opinion, in the beginning it was hard to tell whether your actions were mindgame or just you trying to do what you think is right, seeing how the others behave made me think you are town.
How would you benefit as survivor if the dice landed on "kill" instead of "Infect" on the night you were targeted? You had no idea the zombie leader was in your inn, and you must have very short sight of future if you didn't think of the possibility that you'd be infected later on in the game... And as mafia you would die yes but not before telling your teammates that your inn has a zombie in it so to kill them off tonight.2) I don't like to go back to the mindless discussion on zombie comment. I just thought it'd be a nice way to use the inn system and a legitimate alternate strategy for me to take. I didn't expect Ltin to post it in day chat so I wasn't afraid of being lynched.
3) By saying what I said I think it's more likely to be infected early on because the zombie leader could be in the inn and infect me first. Also, if I was mafia it would certainly lead to my death. They would infect(kill) me without saying anything so how would that ever have benefitted me if I was mafia?
Whaaat lol??? Literally everyone else listed the roles seperately, HOW could that have raised questions? And saying you put a question mark at the end doesn't meet my point that the reason for your answers would have been to share the truth yet if you're the lone survivor, you didn't.4) When I answered the questions I thought Oracle does have a special ability and I didn't want to list roles seperately because that could've raised questions. I didn't want to give out that information at that point. I even put a question mark at the end so I didn't even say the role has a power.
You said people were suspicious for voting someone on day 0, saying it seemed like they were sneaking a lynch in when they needed like 7 other votes to make that happen.I'll address Inffy's points anyway:
1) I don't think I have been very scummy at all, sure, the zombie suggestion may be seen as controversial as explained many times before, but for the rest I don't see it. I've been helping town a lot, I actually voted pretty quickly on Mars after I thought Ender and Tim were town players. The next day I even said that Dessern was a good chance to be mafia but I also thought there were other good options. I also pointed out that JK is possibly zombie because he "revealed" me as suicide bomber.
Geek did not play pretty passive last game, I'm pretty sure she voiced her opinions and even got into several arguments last game. This game she's been quiet as a mouse, because she's newbie scum and isn't sure what to do with it.Regardless, Ender is the still the target of today. Tomorrow we can use the gun and a lynch to get rid of Inf and Ooglie. This confirms Geek's innocence and I think she normally plays pretty passive as town. Geek needs to give the gun randomly to either Faliara, Ltin, herself(if she can) or me.
First I didn't think you were mafia at all until the point Geek claimed and you reacted. You seem to completely panic and do some half-assed claim, hence a slip. Of course if you are mafia normally you'd rather kill a zombie but I posted a plan involving a gun from the BS that would mean the end of both mafia members tomorrow and you can't let that happen. To optimise your chances you want Ender to stay alive for longer and deal with zombies later when town is weaker. Because you suddenly threw your vote at me, especially with some points that are absolutely illogical, it means you are scum.1) How did I make a slip by saying she wasn't BS what?
2) If I were mafia why would I want to lynch town over a zombie, who is my main threat? How would I win by 'stalling the town', and how am I even stalling town, whaaat?
I swear nothing in that first paragraph makes sense but MOVING ON.
My opinion does change a lot but I don't see how that makes me mafia. What I do in mafia is make up my mind quick but also change my mind quick, this way people will get tested and town will progress due to having more information. As long as I'm not pushing (or suppporting) for a lynch and let people know if/when I make a mistake it's only beneficial to town. You put suspicion on Mars but it was a tiny hunch, I could see this very well be a tiny mindgame that if you ever get killed Mars looks a bit better, you didn't even put an early vote on Mars.Boy your opinion does seem to change an awful lot and convenient times doesn't it! One minute I'm scummy, then you want someone I think is suspicious lynched so I'm suddenly town and doing what I "think is the right thing", and now I'm putting suspicion on you again I'm scum again! His behaviour gave me the idea that he's kinda clueless and just trying to figure who's scum. It also seemed to fit with what I thought about the other players. Also, for that second quote, I noticed you never did actually respond to my question about how it made Ltin more townie. You said it fit your 'theory' and when I asked for clarification on how ltin fit into it and how it made him seem more innocent, you never responded. Was it because there was no 'theory' and you just wanted at least two town buddies on your side to get Ender with you, and by saying you trust us you thought we'd trust you too?!!!?
This makes absolutely no sense. If I was a mafia the dice would have only been "kill" which is even worse, besides, I have no clue on how the infection/kill system works and whether it is based on chance. The zombie leader infecting someone in the inn and that person telling the leader to infect me doesn't seem super likely over a short amount of nights. And if I was mafia my mafia buddies would just have to assume I got killed by someone in my inn? It's not possible a town killing role got me or that I just randomly hit by zombies? I don't see how that is worth giving up a mafia life for.How would you benefit as survivor if the dice landed on "kill" instead of "Infect" on the night you were targeted? You had no idea the zombie leader was in your inn, and you must have very short sight of future if you didn't think of the possibility that you'd be infected later on in the game... And as mafia you would die yes but not before telling your teammates that your inn has a zombie in it so to kill them off tonight.
I've already explained this so I see no point in doing it again. I agree that I could've signaled it beter but I don't see why this proves that I'm not the survivor.Whaaat lol??? Literally everyone else listed the roles seperately, HOW could that have raised questions? And saying you put a question mark at the end doesn't meet my point that the reason for your answers would have been to share the truth yet if you're the lone survivor, you didn't.
You say that while one of your points is 100% illogical (read up). I'm not scrambling around. What do you expect that if Geek claims and I come up with a good plan for town, which involves lynching Ender now, to take care of mafia too you suddenly do weird shit and place your vote with Ender on me? I've explained above why that makes you scum and I decided to answers your points as extra evidence.Your points against me there that I don't think make much sense just confirm to me you're mafia to be honest, because now you're quickly scrambling around in the dirt looking for something, anything, to deflect suspicion onto me rather than yourself.
Then didn't need 7 other votes, they needed just more than the amount for no-lynch. I didn't expect to continue on that suspicion but small things like that can give things away and I don't see what's wrong with testing people. I also don't see how "changing my mind" is bad in this case. You said people were suspicious for voting someone on day 0, saying it seemed like they were sneaking a lynch in when they needed like 7 other votes to make that happen.
You pointed fingers at people and changed your mind when it best suited you to.
I assume the mafia doesn't know who the SB is because the description says he does not attend the meetings. I don't see how not voting to lynch Dess there makes me mafia then. You defended Dess right before he died actually.
True, huntings zombies is both pro-town and pro-mafia.Pointing out a zombie is also a mafia move.
I didn't mean that Geek's playstyle makes me think she is good. I just think her current playstyle of not contributing much makes sense as town too because of last game and how I know her.Geek did not play pretty passive last game, I'm pretty sure she voiced her opinions and even got into several arguments last game. This game she's been quiet as a mouse, because she's newbie scum and isn't sure what to do with it.
If I was mafia right now and you came up with a plan to use the BS against the mafia, why oh why would I be trying to lynch you?? You'd flip was survivor, I'd look evil, the gun plan would still go on and I'd have achieved nothing. The zombies are much more of a threat to mafia then the survivor so I'm very confused as to why you think I'd be doing this if I was mafia? How can I deal with the zombies later when town is weaker? There are literally 3 town, and potentially 2 zombies. If I were mafia and I didn't act now, I've probably lost the game, since they can kill me every night just as much as I can kill them. Which you already know I guess, hence your push on Ender.First I didn't think you were mafia at all until the point Geek claimed and you reacted. Because you suddenly threw your vote at me, especially with some points that are absolutely illogical, it means you are scum.
Fair enough, but I don't think you did change your opinion a lot purely because that was your honest opinion. For example, why was I suddenly more scummy than Geek just because I pointed fingers at you? Why did that make me scum? Your opinions change to suit your targets. You put suspicion on Mars but it was a tiny hunch, I could see this very well be a tiny mindgame that if you ever get killed Mars looks a bit better, you didn't even put an early vote on Mars.
Yes, you keep saying that, but how? What theory involved other players and ltin and made a law that if x and y were mafia then ltin was inno or whatever rule it was? You just keep brushing this off as a general theory thing and never explaining it, which makes me think it doesn't exist. His behaviour gave me the idea that he's kinda clueless and just trying to figure who's scum. It also seemed to fit with what I thought about the other players.
How does this make no sense? Yes, as mafia you'd have died, but your plan would have been to get all of your inn on the same side - a little island of a team. When one was infected, they'd tell you, so you wouldn't lynch them and they'd tell you they'd infect one of you the next night (since then you wouldn't rat on them the next day). You'd then report it to your mafia buddies that same night, telling them they say they're infecting one of you, and you either die giving information to your team about who the zombies are or live until the next night and have 2 zombie innmates to rat on to your team. To me that makes perfect sense. And yes, I know you didn't know how the mechanic works, which is why it was very risky for you to do that as a lone survivor, and I don't think you did. And yes, the zombie leader infecting someone in the inn and then them infecting you can literally happen over a couple of nights, I don't understand your point there? This makes absolutely no sense. If I was a mafia the dice would have only been "kill" which is even worse, besides, I have no clue on how the infection/kill system works and whether it is based on chance. The zombie leader infecting someone in the inn and that person telling the leader to infect me doesn't seem super likely over a short amount of nights. And if I was mafia my mafia buddies would just have to assume I got killed by someone in my inn? It's not possible a town killing role got me or that I just randomly hit by zombies? I don't see how that is worth giving up a mafia life for.
Except no, they didn't:Then didn't need 7 other votes, they needed just more than the amount for no-lynch. I didn't expect to continue on that suspicion but small things like that can give things away and I don't see what's wrong with testing people. I also don't see how "changing my mind" is bad in this case.
Otherwise, day 0 has started! With 16 players alive, it takes 9 to lynch and 8 to no-lynch. Keep your votes bolded, and since this is day 0, there MUST be a majority in order to lynch someone. Otherwise, it will default to no-lynch at end of day.
Yeah, so why'd you use the fact you said Dess could be mafia as a defence against you being mafia then?? I wasn't saying this as a point to make you mafia, I was responding to you saying that it made you less mafia because you mentioned it possible that Dess was mafia.I assume the mafia doesn't know who the SB is because the description says he does not attend the meetings. I don't see how not voting to lynch Dess there makes me mafia then.
You sure about that?I'm not scrambling around.
I think someone just got a bit sweaty when they saw that someone other than me had figured out that you were lying.I think someone just got a bit sweaty when Geek claimed Blacksmith. Because if she is the BS it would mean you are mafia and because of you that you made a huge slip saying that she can't be the BS. So before that I posted a plan that we kill Ender and the BS gives out a gun randomly to a townie or me so that we can kill the 2 remaining mafia. I thought there was a pretty small chance that Inffy would be mafia over Geek but the scum is basically forced to come out now.
You voted after we'd already decimated him. There was no coming back for Mars, the point at which you voted after that couldn't matter less. Throwing suspicion on Dess did happen, but you said it yourself:1) I don't think I have been very scummy at all, sure, the zombie suggestion may be seen as controversial as explained many times before, but for the rest I don't see it.
Even if you did know, then you've literally thrown suspicion on everyone, and I mean everyone, so you can just double back on any team pairings that come up. Good play, but a little too all over the place, I'm afraid.I assume the mafia doesn't know who the SB is because the description says he does not attend the meetings.
>omgusNow, looking at you. You've actually been kinda shady, talking too much and coming with weird theories to confuse town. I had some scum feelings from you before (although I didn't think mafia) because you didn't seem to be helping town forward at all, I don't believe you contributed a lot.
Yes, because you're mafia and want to get rid of me. If you really were the Survivor, the most logical thing for you to have done once I claimed zombie would've been to support me because it would've meant your own win as well. You didn't, because you're not the Survivor and wouldn't benefit from the zombies winning.Regardless, Ender is the still the target of today.
As I already said, you've thrown suspicion on everyone. You can call it "testing" if you like, but as I already said earlier in the game, "testing" is the easiest excuse to come up with when faced with a tricky situation. Being all over the place like this is extremely risky as a Survivor and because of that, I highly doubt you would've done it even if you were the Survivor. What I do think likely, however, is you playing like this as a mafioso, because it will allow you to change suspicions on a whim while allowing you to refer back to some obscure post in the past as proof of "but I already thought so before".My opinion does change a lot but I don't see how that makes me mafia. What I do in mafia is make up my mind quick but also change my mind quick, this way people will get tested and town will progress due to having more information. As long as I'm not pushing (or suppporting) for a lynch and let people know if/when I make a mistake it's only beneficial to town. You put suspicion on Mars but it was a tiny hunch, I could see this very well be a tiny mindgame that if you ever get killed Mars looks a bit better, you didn't even put an early vote on Mars.
The mafia team has 4 people in it (two now), so it can afford to expend a player to learn the identity of the zombies, which is by far the greatest threat to mafia in this game. The Survivor has no team to fall back on and no reason to want to know who the zombies are. These two reasons make it much more likely for this kind of a move being used by the mafia, rather than the Survivor.
I can't make up my mind about whether you constantly mixing up facts like that to suit your own version of the story is intentional or just bad memory. Then didn't need 7 other votes, they needed just more than the amount for no-lynch.
oOoglie101, please come over?
something about that making sense but only from a point of view i dont agree with or somethingNow though, now that I think Vat is mafia, does that mean I think we should lynch him? Yes, kind of, because I also think Ender is lying about there being 2 zombies with another to become infected. Because according to him, the leader is me or oog. But if geek is mafia with vat, how did Jk die? Because oog killed him. The mafia are vat and oog. Which would leave me to be the zombie leader, which I'm not, which means geek must be the zombie leader, hence no zombie kill and thus no conversion either. Therefore, there are 2 zombies right now, Ender and Geek, and 2 mafia, Oog and Vat, and 3 uninfected townies, Me, Ltin and Faliara, and so if we lynch a mafia then we go into tonight with 2 zombies, 3 town and 1 mafia, meaning the mafia will kill either town or zombies and the zombies will either kill a mafia or infect a townie, leaving us with 2 zombies and 3 town (possibly one infected) and possible 1 mafia in the day. From there, town lynch the last mafia and we win, 3v2 with the zombies since the infected guy isn't a zombie yet. Of course this could also result in the zombies winning if they manage to kill a townie in the night, and it's a risk, but hopefully lady luck is on our side, and I think this plan of action is our best bet.
Why not?I dont understand how geek could be a zombie,
HOW DOESN'T IT MAKE MUCH SENSE FOR ME TO GO WITH ENDER'S PLAN UNLESS I WAS MAFIA??? If I was mafia, I'd need the zombies dead, because guess what with them alive they can either kill me or convert town onto their side and easily gain a majority. If I was mafia I'd need the zombies out of the way so that I could focus on killing town for the rest of the game and winning.Ltin that's because Geek isn't a zombie. I don't know why you have so much trust in a claimed zombie and I've already explained that it doesn't make much sense for there to be 2 zombies now. Regardless of whether you trust me or not I gave town a good win condition assuming the Blacksmith is alive by shooting and lynching the 2 mafia tomorow. It doesn't make much sense for Inffy to go with Ender's plan unless he is mafia. Mafia don't want Ender to be lynched right now because the gun can lead to a pretty easy town win tomorrow, they have very little choice but to lynch someone else today and "stall town". Inffy goes for me because that's Ender's plan and I'm survivor so I'm an easy target.
Again, to be honest, I don't care too much about mafia because when zombies are out I have most likely survived already but my plan involves Ender getting killed now (which is good for me) and mafia getting killed too (which is good for town), win-win situation. And based on Inffy's reaction I am almost certain that he and Ooglie are scum, meaning that Geek is the Blacksmith (maybe Geek can even prove this).
IF I AM*AND STOP USING THE GUN PLAN. I AM THE BLACKSMITH. IT IS MY GUN AND I AIN'T GIVING IT TO YOU.
Would you like me to screenshot proof my role confirmation?Geek isn't the blacksmith.
Her and Oog are probably mafia then, with Ender being the zombie leader and vat being the lone survivor. That has to be the case, pretty sure
