Because people were explicitly saying the Tower is a Mafia role which is not true. I've read the description of pretty much every tarot card and from what I've seen none of them are even inheritly bad. For example devil is supposedly about lust, death is about a personality change and even the hanged man shows higher learning and enlightenment according to the wiki.


I don't think I've been suspicious though.

Devil is: The card represents: Being seduced by the material world and physical pleasures; lust for and an obsession with money and power. Also: Living in fear, domination and bondage; being caged by an overabundance of luxury; discretion should be used in personal and business matters.

No because they don't seem Mafia, they seem mafia to you and your judgement is off.

I mean what even are you doing trying to label which roles are which (including cops, doctors and vigilantes) and then telling us we should mass claim?

I didn't say we should mass claim, I said we should get everyone to confirm that their role seems obviously linked to their allignment, and then if that's true, mass claiming and outing all roles are worth it. Obviously that hasn't happened

Infected_alien8_ I've made some brash decisions this game jumping onto the notty "train" from oog early, then onto you and have suddenly announced my tarot card and yet you've basically ignored me instead of doing your classic "annoying barrage of questions". Why is that?

Do you guys that that there are vanilla townies in this game with absolutely no abilities? I don't think that there are personally, as all the cards are individual and it gives the hosts a lot of ammunition to be creative with.

Yeah, I do have one, but it's so lame that it's basically a vanilla townie. Which is what makes me think that while there are weak roles in the game, there might not be any standard vanilla townies. Everyone has an ability, however mundane it may be.

Eh, might as well try to confirm it. This also stops scum from saying they are vanilla when they are in fact, not, later in the game.
If there is a vanilla townie in the game, please come forward and say it. A vanilla townie claiming won't be detrimental to us as they have no ability and this is very early game.
