You get subbaponed if the council chooses a democracy and chooses to investigate you but none of that is gonna happen since 1) we're not doing democracy and 2) even if we were we're having vengeful as part of the council meaning they can't be subapnoed

So essentially this mystery man vengeful is just a vanilla useless role
