Far Cry 2. It was made out to be a lot better than it actually is. After playing it a while I found it Tedious and repetitive.

The game Brink, a modern version of TF2, was way overhyped. TF2 is still better than its more modern counterpart :D

I don't think it was ever hyped as a modern version of TF2? Lots of games have different classes that do different things, but TF2 is kind of unique in the way it handles that. If anything, Brink was hyped as being like CoD, but with parkour/freerunning parts added in. It failed at both.

Well I watched an interview with the head designer, and he said it was based on TF2.
