Modern: Justified, Storage Wars, Pawn Stars, Archer, American Pickers, Mythbusters

Shows from a while back: Stargate Atlantis, ER, The Unit, Everybody Loves Raymond, Law & Order (original, CI, svu)

Wee lad: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Home Improvement, Fresh Prince, Family Matters, Dragon ball (Z/GT), Gundam Wing

I'm sure there were others.

To be fair, I did misread the title as "Favorite TV Shows from the 1990s".

I also watch/ed Buffy, Angel, Fireflly (Bit of a Whedon fan :>), How I Met Your Mother, Archer, Venture Bros., Community, Big Bang Theory, and my fave, Scrubs. Bill Lawrence and Joss Whedon. Where it's at, for me.
