How much time will you be able to spend staffing the server each day?:
As per my previous application, my activity will stay the same for quite a while. Around 10 hours a week which should sum up from 1-4 hours a day on the server.

What do you think the responsibilities of an operator are on this server?:
An Operator should be able to keep game-play fun for all users and deal with users who may be spoiling it for others when needed. They should be able to have a good balance of playing and staffing, however having fun, In my opinion is a big factor too.

What sets you apart from the other applicants?:
What sets me apart from the other applicants is my personal experience. I usually deal/dealt with grief often on BuildBox so I believe that gives me experience to deal and handle with floods/grief efficiently.

What do you believe your greatest weaknesses are as a player and/or staff member?:
As I've stated in my previous application, it is arguing. However I believe I have Improved quite a bit on that and don't think I've had an argument with anyone since my previous application and plan to keep it that way.

How would you approach a problem that you are unfamiliar with?:
I would go to a fellow staff member and try to confirm my actions or anything that may be troubling myself when staffing.

We have all said you are helpful and have been acting more helpful since you have applied. Which is good *claps*.
You know a fair amount of stuff about the server. Also good *claps*.
And you have sorted out the arguing.

But I just seriously hate the fact of you getting Operator rank on this server. Staffing with you on Primordia and A+T was annoying and I hated it. You would argue with your own staff and it just seemed you didn't want to be part of the group. I still remember a time when you constantly fought the A+T staff while making the spawn islands when they didn't agree with you. I just fear that will be brought towards me and my fellow staff members when you join.

So, while you have been helpful, I worry that these issues will be persistent. How can I be sure it won't?

I see and understand your view on why you may not want me as an Operator on this server. However, I was only Trusted on Primordia for a couple weeks. I'm not aware of my problems with you on Primordia. A&T was a different issue entirely, I argued with Malacath due to the fact that we both had different ideas for spawn, but after talking together we settled it and agreed on a setting that fit well and we never had problems again. I don't believe that I'll argue with staff of LSMP, I think I have Improved since my days on A&T; If I have sorted my arguing out why would I then go on to argue with fellow staff and risk my position on the server? I very much enjoy the server and I would not want to fall out with people.

I'm not aware of my problems with you on Primordia.

Was just mostly with players and the other trusteds.

I'm still standing by my zero, really hard for me to decide my vote.

I personally think that you improved and experienced quite a bit of change ever since this arguing problem of yours broke out. I never really had too much problems with it when I staffed on A&T, and I haven't noticed any sort of it the past few weeks from you as well. Either way, the whole point of a trial is to see whether you have the attributes of what we want for an operator on the server. But, I'm really indecisive right now, and likewise with Shande, I am pretty worried that this problem is going to break out again. I'm going to let the others state their opinions before deciding myself.

Okay.
I haven't seen you as much as I'd like to, which is partially the reason why I was conflicted here. The times I did see you though, I didn't find any issues with you and your behaviour. As stated above you were helpful and friendly (sometimes seemed like over doing it but that's not really an issue). While discussing with the other Operators though, again, the reasons stated above repeatedly came up and that is something I'm worried about because the environment should be fun and enjoyable for both players and staff. However that being said, you have seem to acknowledge the issue we presented last time and given your word that you have and will improve further on it. So what I am going to do is give a +1 because I believe a trial would or should prove if you have improved and to get a feel of what it is like to staff with this staff, etc, etc. So good luck with the other Op's opinions since I know there was some uncertainty there. My vote could still change should anything arise but for now, I'm going to stick with that.

Damn these OPs, stealing my words.
I don't really care about how you staffed in other servers, I only care how you behave here in LSMP, and in my opinion, it's quite fine. I had fun with you as a player, and you helped others aswell, however you were before, you've improved quite a bit. If people still have doubts, that's what the trial is for.

After talking with the other ops and considering what they have said, along with my own thoughts- that you are a helpful player, who has been listening to the things the ops are saying and trying to improve. You also have been active on the server, and I have noticed you helping out and being friendly to all players, along with welcoming new players. While I have heard about you tending to argue sometimes, I have never seen it, and from what I have seen on the server, you at least deserve a trial.

After a long process of discussion, Ive come to the decision to deny this application. The reasons are between Angel and the LSMP staff.
