Fixed [AoD/RoF/Create] Offline voting is broken

I updated aod so it didn't include the voting link to the forums - I really have no clue whats broken with the voting plugin, we've tried a few times to get it working but nothing. If its on all servers its likely to do with the main voting system, but tnm will have to look at it

Danni122112 offline voting is broken at least for smp - didn't got rewards, as I voted when I wasn't on server.

I'm closing this thread considering I don't believe this is a problem anymore, and we have moved bug tracking over to https://bugs.escaperestart.com anyways. If it does re-appear, make sure to put it there instead. Thanks raxo!
