Do you have any previous staffing experience? If so, what? Moderatorwise, I have never been a mod on a source game's server, but it is good to start from somewhere.
However, I do have experience being a mod on a few small minecraft communities, as well as being a notable community member and staff helper (basically unofficial mod) on the hive minecraft server, until... stuff happened.

How often are you able to play on the server? Well, at current I believe I am one of the joint 'most common' players as I play as much as I can when I can (if not playing league or dota)

Why do you want to be a TTT moderator? I believe I can support the rest of the moderator team when they are not online, and help other players when needs be, I think this will also be an opportunity to get closer to the community and other players whom I have been with for the past 5-odd months now.

What do you believe the responsibilities of being a TTT moderator are? Well, to start off with, not abusing their power, I have been on many a server with moderators who do not respect players who ban and cheat without any regard to other players. I will not do that. The other responsibility of a moderator is to try as hard as they can to make the community as hospitable place as possible and engage with the community. I feel the last responsibility of a mod would be the banning/kicking/slaying as these should be a last resort to all players new or old.

What qualities do you have that make you suitable for being a TTT moderator? I believe I have the ability to make correct judgements as well as to be friendly but also strict when the time needs. Although I'm silly and 'arse about' a lot, well lets just say you haven't seen mr group leader aqua.

What would you say your biggest strength and weakness are? I'm going to focus mainly on weaknesses as I've highlight and shown all of my strengths in both game and this application. I do not take this game seriously. I mess about. I mic spam. and I occasionally insult other players, AKA oak. However, if needed for this role, I will be able to drop these features at any time or at least limit them, likewise I also believe an alive TTT server revolves around fun, rather than just tryhard ttt playing.

I'm going to say, +1. We're in need of more staff, and you're one of the more active members in the community. I think you'd do nicely on the team, considering you can get along with other players so easily. While the fucking around is indeed an area of concern, I can't say I'm not guilty of that myself, so to avoid being the pot calling the kettle black, I'm just going to say, I think you're going to be a big help to this staff team.

I see you on almost all the time im on so your activity is definitely of no concern. As for how you act you are very talkative and active in conversation, and not just a silent sam sitting in the background. Your friendly, and have a outgoing personality (at least on the server). Now onto to fun part, breaking down the app itself

Ok so i agree with all of this. Friendliness always comes first in my opinion. Being social, including newer players into the game, and giving people second chances if they make mistakes is much bigger than any other aspect of being a moderator. As for using commands to help keep the place friendly as you said should only be used when needed and not abused in a way to either abuse other players, or use unfair advantages. :)

Pretty much goes hand in hand with my last segment. Stay friendly, but make correct judgments when incidents arise.

Ok, so goofing around is fine and all, we all do it. Insulting others has two sides to the coin. Smacking talking friends is cool when its not redundant and becomes toxic. Just know where to draw the line and know at what times you can chill and jokes around, and what times you need to be serious to deal with a problem with a clear mind.

So all in all, i think the applications is solid and your qualifications are good too, so without further adieu, i will also give you a rating of +1

So as you can see you've received two +1's, and since Jay is away and unable to make a judgement he won't be voting.

I must admit, I am a bit concerned with how you tend to take jokes too far sometimes and RDM people to the point of annoyance, but I trust that you can learn to know when to stop as you do seem to be getting the hang of that. Not taking the game seriously and messing around is fine as long as you know when to calm and be more serious to deal with someone ruining the fun, which I think you'll do well at. Just watch your maturity at times, too! But overall, you seem to have a good grasp of what it means to be a moderator, and since you've gotten two +1's...
