Bad op...

Hi everyone, i'm making this post to say something that i was trying to say to all, a few months ago.

I really like this server, it's my favorite, but, when i need HELP, Some op's don't really care about.

Example :

I was playing zombie, and a guy with red skin have erased two blocks under me. i have droped from the top of the map. Ok. i was trying to get some help from the op EMOSQUIRREL.

i have said to him , but he didn't said nothing. the only thing that he have said : "oh now i got a "new skin ( i can't remember the name)"

And, he have continued the conversation with another guy...

i'm really furious, because this "job" is a responsability, but he didnt take seriously.

I don't like this.

Although you felt the need to give some feedback about the staff, I think a Personal Message toward higher staff of the Zombie Survival server would have sufficed to a higher sufficiency. :c

First off, I was going in and out afk checking out for a contest. Next, there were other operators on that could help your needs.

Also, we ops do our job for free, and when most ops see a thread like this, its like you pissing in our cereal.

Basically, emosquirrel is saying that they can't help every person of everyday for every reason.

They're players just like you. Be sure to remember that. :c

Ops aren't omniscient, and the chat does move pretty quickly.
If anyone has logs, I'm sure it will shed some light on your problem, if any.

Locking this right off the bat. I don't know what compelled you to post this in Zombie Discussion as opposed to PMing me and the other HCs of Zombie, but it was the wrong choice.

Now, moving on to what you're saying. Before I start, I'd like to remind you that all the staff here, from Trusted all the way up to Head Admin, aren't paid in any way, shape, or form. All of the work to the server is done purely out of the kindness in our hearts, the desire to see this community continue to be a success, and the enjoyment of the game.

Anyway, with the speed that the chat in Zombie is often moving at, some things get missed. Remember, the staff are people too, we make mistakes too. That being said, I can understand if you're a little upset over it, but being "really furious" to the point of posting a thread is ridiculous. Closed. Any further comments/questions you have can be addressed in a PM to myself, Megatron, and Damer_Flinn.
