List what you believe your greatest strengths are:
I have a unique, direct way of dealing with rulebreakers that generally has my peers
enjoying themselves rather than feelings the stress of one bad banana in the bunch.
That said, I don't kick prematurely or get too angry. I suppose I'm just unorthodox.
I can type pretty damn quick and I keep a good eye on the chat, in case of trouble.
I've been here since November 2010, and been an operator on Zombie for nearly a year;
I also occasionally pay visits to Buildbox (never been kicked), Lava (never been warned as
I remember) and TNT (couple of accidental autokicks for finding the enemy spawn on unfamiliar maps)
so I think I pick up rules pretty quickly.
(I've been ignored by staff and seen people being ignored; it can be a big problem)
Also, the Australian timezone I've heard is hard to fill. That's apparently good.
So, in bullet points:
1; Operating style can't be beat; (See Zombie staff)
2; Fast typing means fast questions and smooth operation
3; Generally a good tolerance
4; Australian timezone; (It seems we get a lot of trouble from Australia, according to our good chum Deadl0ck)
List what you believe your greatest weaknesses are:
I sometimes get a bit too involved in clashing with rulebreakers rather than dealing with
them administratively. An argument rather than a kick; it's come up once in a ban appeal which I can outline to you if necessary,
but other than that, not too much of a problem apart from the time wasting.
I'm a bit too retentive with spelling as well. In my honest opinion, people speaking like 3 year old children really ticks me off. Like "me dead", "me alive" or "me is".
Again, I can explain that all if you want, but I won't put it here.
So, in bulletpoints again;
1; Gets too caught up in arguments rather than administrative action.
2; I deal with small scale things that could probably just be let go.

Previous Offences?: None, apart from an inactivity demotion because I didn't post
a proper resignation.
What you believe your position entails?:
An operator should guide and assist new players and ensure that people are enjoying
themselves; I see being an operator as a benefit for every party; the playerbase and the staff ;it shouldn't be totalitarian in rule enforcement but it should be paid plenty of attention to
My idea of operator is a balance, making sure you enjoy yourself so you don't get irritated
or stressed, but definitely making sure the server runs smoothly. I'm not here to fight the
playerbase; staffing the server should be guiding it, from my experience.
(We can all deal with less keyboard mashing in the chat) and that the rules are adhered to.
In my opinion, a successful server is players having fun at no-ones expense doing what the
server was designed to do. I can help make that possible.
In less than 20 words, summarise yourself:
If there's something strange in your neighbourhood, who ya gonna call?
Give some people I work with a buzz if you don't know me. If they say I'm lying you can throw me onto the streets with my box full of stuff and I'll walk away.
