Katarina2410, your brother definitely is something else. Like raxo2222 said, he is currently trying to appeal the IP ban; sadly, since it was an IP ban, you are banned as well. It's not going too well, either. I'm not saying it will be a permanent ban, but, just so you know: In the past, permanent IP bans have been removed in the case of bans due to siblings. Although, the person who got their innocent brother/sister banned remains with an account ban. That would mean you'd have to make sure keko011 never comes online again, if he were to end up permanently banned, and this were to happen.
