[Bug] Players getting auto-kicked for tabbing through names

Players have been getting randomly kicked for tabbing through names in chat. One said they see this message: ?5[Blocktopia] ?f- ?4Disconnected >> disconect.spam. Not sure why this happens, I'm thinking its because of an auto-spam-kick plugin or something that needs to be configurated better.

Oh! I have a feeling I know what's causing this. I'll go patch it up now, let me know if it continues to happen.

Edit: Actually, no, I guess not. A disconnect.spam kick is from the built-in spamguard that Minecraft has, not any specific plugin. It looks like this version of Spigot added spam throttling for the TAB key, and while I'm not sure exactly WHY they did it, it's not something we can fix :/
