Even though this is like 2 months over due... Here's a suggestion, not sure where else to put it, and I thought this would be the proper place. Not even sure if it was suggested already.

Maybe there could be a contest, monthly or bi-monthly with a certain theme to each. Where the players can build something. Maybe a building, pixel art, terrain, etc. and also have judges to rate each entry (having the same judges may be too much work so maybe switch it up a bit?). There can be a 1st through 3rd winners. Not really sure what you can offer for prizes, besides bragging rights.

And I would be more than happy to be a judge if you want
