We're going to have a small talk about claiming land on Elysium.

With a new server, there are always a rush of people who want to build massive buildings, towns, cities, you name it. The problem with this is that often people decide they want to create things which will take a long time to finish and will take up a large amount of space. This results in people trying to claim the area of land for the plan in their head, not what they've actually created.

What I'm trying to say is, when claiming land for a project, start small and expand as necessary only when you're ready to. If it's going to take a lot of space, don't take all of the land at once. If somebody has built in a place where you were initially planning to grow into, you'll have to adapt. It just isn't fair to claim massive areas in order to build on in the future, when others want to in the present.

An example of what I'm talking about is this huge area I got notified of today:

The image is a little strange because of live-map changes, but it still gives a good indication of the area. Some users were trying to generate an area almost 8 times the size of what they had currently built on.

So please, be considerate of the other users on the server when deciding where to build and how much land you're going to be working with.
